Really great stuff, I'm not surprised at all you're getting so many views! I've literally just bought a Wildtrak myself and I'll absolutely be kitting mine out for some more serious work. Your Ranger looks absolutely amazing - I'd love to see a video giving a tour of yours and what you've added. In particular your light bar.
harpersneil thanks a lot mate. I’m glad you enjoyed the video and good to hear your planning on building your Wildtrak to take off-road. I don’t see to many out in the actual bush. Most that are done up never leave the bitumen 😂. My Mod list is quite expensive and cost way more than I’d like to admit. I didn’t plan on doing a walk around anytime soon but a few people have requested the same thing. Hope it all goes well for you and hopefully you can get some footage up as I don’t think anyone else is doing any Ranger vids at the moment.
Red pilled patriot thanks mate. Iv since changed my wheels/tyres to a more appropriate off-road setup. Can air down a lot lower without popping the bead. Thanks for watching and leaving feedback
Great video. Nice slow technical stuff... love it. Was going to say that you have finally gone lower pressures than the ‘lux. But at about 5.15min I realised it was an unintentional low pressure. 🤦♂️ Keep the videos coming. 👍
The wheel ended up picking up heaps of dirt inside the bead after that .I should have shown me cleaning the bead after in the video 😂. This wheel/tyre combo suffered from that problem a lot. Iv since changed my wheels/tyres. I now run a 16x8 wheel and a 305 width tyre. I can now run lower pressures without fear of popping the bead. The 17x9 wheel was to wide for the 285 tyre hence the constant bead issues I had. Glad you enjoyed the video and thanks for the feedback. It’s great seeing the encouragement and advice provided by the 4x4 community
Nice. 👍 But I'd like to be able to hear more of the engine, running gear and tire to terrain sounds, so reducing or cutting the music would be good ! The music adds nothing. Just saying ! 😁
You raise a good point and I will keep that in mind when editing to turn the music down or cut out at certain scenes. Just seems a bit boring when I watch I without a bit of music 😂. But then I watch every scene over and over when editing. Thanks for watching and leaving feedback
PerthEnduro thanks mate I appreciate it. I normally run 20psi as a good compromise but I find more grip at 18psi and the tyres are less bouncy when bumping over rocks when climbing but of course at that pressure negotiating tight turns around rocks will do it. Iv since changed my wheels and tyres to a 16x8 and 305 wide tyre so popping the bead is a thing of the past. Ben in the Hilux seems to get alot more wheel lift for some reason, it doesn't seem to flex as well. Maybe his suspension setup. Cheers
It's a older Lux as well and running spacers up front so maybe that doesn't help. Il keep the vids coming. Problem is I have to keep hitting the harder tracks to take footage worth watching and the poor car cops a hammering lol.
This is hella awesome The only criticism i have is that the music is unnecessary, i'd much rather hear the engine and other sounds from the vehicle properly. i can use spotify for background music is needed:)
gullf1sk cheers mate, I never win with the music. A few people have mentioned so might go back to leaving music out or cut it right down. Thanks for the feedback
Mason Coppens the front bar is colour coded and the rear bar was meant to be but they stuffed it up so it's the wrong grey. The Rhino bar goes pretty well off-road. Pretty good approach angle, bash plate can take a hit and the winch is pretty secure, iv recovered some very heavy 4x4s with it and had no issues.
It was suppied by 12000 pound winch supplied by Rino4x4 but it's a Runva brand winch. Not exactly sure which Runva though. It's remote operated with the ability to plug the controller in if I need to.
goitoutdoors yeah the front left pinched on one of those rocks and went flat during the descent. I had to clean out the dirt and re-inflate. I always had problems with that with this tyre/rim combo. Iv changed my tyres and rims since then and they run lower pressures alot better
Eso no vale un hilux modelo 2013 y el ranger 2017. La hilux le falta muchísima opciones que sólo han salido al mercado RN 2015. Demas el motor del hilux es mas ruidoso que del ranger lo que no es el caso del modelo hilux 2017.
Love seeing the Ranger on the tracks. Just recenly got a 2016 XLT, looking forward to getting out there.
That was quite smooth for the Ford Ranger!
Thanks for these lovely high quality videos.
And that Ranger looks friggin' SICK!
Mudit Badlani thanks a lot man glad you enjoyed it. And cheers for the Ranger love.
@@michaeltoomer4090 Hey mate, what breed of front bar is on the Ranger? Cheers!!
garynz345 , sorry for the late reply.

harpersneil sure is 👌
Ranger for me is the best..
WOW BUT LITTLE SCARED..MICHAEL I ALWAYS WAITING YOUR UPLOAD..😍😍😍
So glad I subbed to you.. those tires on the ranger, now that’s what I call aired down!
Red pilled patriot thanks mate. Iv since changed my wheels/tyres to a more appropriate off-road setup. Can air down a lot lower without popping the bead. Thanks for watching and leaving feedback

what was the psi of ranger's tires?

Throw some sounds of the rainforest in there or maybe some old obscure frank zappa
Ranger tyres too soft!
and then the 79 turned up. luv the little lux but that Ranga is funny
Nice crawl
Ranger looks tough as mate. What front bar is that ?
Bret KTM thanks mate. The front bar is a Rhino evolution bar from Rhino4x4.
The ranger tires are too deflate, the rims will suffer the most
Hello host we would like you prepare trip ranger drive 4 wheels please. Meet all peoples on tracks and hiluxes. Thanks
2017 ranger??? Didnt model of Ford truck just return for 2019???
Hi Mike, what offset are those wheels and what flares did you get?
Sorry I know it’s been asked before but I can’t find it, what tire wheel combo is on the ranger? Looks grouse!
Lovin the wheel lifts, yeewww
Stohl Tara cheers mate, glad you enjoyed 👍
Hi Michael, like your ranger so much!
I wonder your ranger is manual or automatic transmission?
Kevin mine is a Automatic and I use it in sports manual mode mostly.
Ok thanks mate.
And looking forward your new videos.
Mate what bullbar is that on your ranger
RANGER can do everything
What front bar do you have on the ranger?
Jack it a Rhino evolution bar from Rhino4x4. Cheers
Michael, you guys have some serious stones at 06:11! What tyre pressures where you running?
chris blatherwick I only see the back of my car at 06.11. Im running 18-19 psi and a flat tyre on my front left 😂
PerthEnduro thanks mate I appreciate it. I normally run 20psi as a good compromise but I find more grip at 18psi and the tyres are less bouncy when bumping over rocks when climbing but of course at that pressure negotiating tight turns around rocks will do it. very cool
JUICY thanks mate , hope you enjoyed👍
What suspension and lift size are you using on your rig??
vClutchy Iv got 2.5” Ironman Foam Cell Pros and extended Rear shackles for extra lift
What sliders are you running on your Ranger ?
Sebastian G. Uneek4x4 and I do not recommend them. They sit to close to the sills and flex up into them.

Thank you.. good to know!
I wish we could get that Hilux D4D engine in the US
Is the Hilux auto or manual ?
This is hella awesome

Are the bullbar and rear bar colour coded to the wildtrak
Also how does the rhino bar go on and off-road
Mason Coppens the front bar is colour coded and the rear bar was meant to be but they stuffed it up so it's the wrong grey.
The Rhino bar goes pretty well off-road. Pretty good approach angle, bash plate can take a hit and the winch is pretty secure, iv recovered some very heavy 4x4s with it and had no issues.
Michael Toomer what brand is your winch and also what are the specs of the winch
It was suppied by 12000 pound winch supplied by Rino4x4 but it's a Runva brand winch. Not exactly sure which Runva though. It's remote operated with the ability to plug the controller in if I need to.
ขับขาดความชำนาญ
that front left on the Ranger is too low!! Needs some ground clearance and almost de-beaded a couple times...whew
ahhh.. 'front left tire's gone'...nevermind...you noticed too
goitoutdoors yeah the front left pinched on one of those rocks and went flat during the descent.
I had to clean out the dirt and re-inflate.
I always had problems with that with this tyre/rim combo.
Iv changed my tyres and rims since then and they run lower pressures alot better
where did you get the front bumper??
dennis nygård it's a Rhino evolution bar from Rhino4x4
My son got one..... and i do know
Ranger tyres are way to soft...that beading is gonna go soon
What brand bull bar is on the Ranger?
RATGENIII its a Rhino Evolution Bar by Rhino4x4

Joel LeRue cheers Joel 👍
Joel LeRue get used to it the ranger is taking over the world
That Ford is sitting on at least 35's and has a leveling kit. There's no way a Ford can KEEP UP with a Toyota off road like that.
Steven Peterson just 33s buddy and a 2” lift plus rear locker. Ford is 💪🏻. 😂 👍🏼
