That's true I remember that the league did protect ralphie. There is only one time ralphie didn't have to go into fights that was against Leroy Gonzalez. And I remember every last race it was scary cuz Leroy would put ralphie in the hospital. It was horrifying to see his kids watch this and to see this at the Olympic I think ralphie had a lot of heart and he stood up against the very rough tough dangerous man but I think he could have sat that one out anyhow he had the upper hand towards the end ralphie you're the best.
