I just watched your video with my son. As I told you before, we also have a GR86 and we take it to various road courses monthly. I am scratching my head watching the S2000 pulling on you on the straights.
He'd have to let the S2000 drive win (father in law driving it), otherwise BIG trouble would come :p. You can see his tacho stayed rather steady on the straights.

Think that the s2000 is great! Considering they're 15+ years old now tho, just doesnt make sense to go out of your to get one considering they're not that different vs gr86 price/performance wise. Can't imagine how cool it would be if these both came out during same time. Rivalry wiuld be crazy! Would prob go with the s2000 lol.

It has 4.77 rear gear and the S2K has more aggressive gearing… maybe that’s why?

About 60k including the car. A dual income and keeping your debt low helps a lot.
