  • I share my personal experience of how I had ignored my health of all these years, just being a workaholic and how in the past 6 months my health took a toll on me and what helped me recover out of this health issue.
I feel if you are in your mid thirties or forties this video is specially important as we are working professionals due to our work and lifestyle ignore our health, which is one of them most important thing.

When you are young, from the teens till the late 20s, we feel like we own the world, nothing can happen to us. But the moment you cross 35 and then approaching 40s, your body starts to show the wear and tear. Hence the term 40s crisis too. So take care of yourself too, not just work.

At 38 years old, I underwent an angioplasty just three days ago. Despite leading a balanced lifestyle, with moderate physical activity, I was surprised to discover a 90% blockage in one of my arteries. This experience was a wake-up call for me, and I want to emphasize the importance of prioritizing health. Thankfully, my procedure wasn't an emergency, but it was a significant event in my life. I'm grateful to Ranjit for sharing his journey; it's stories like his that inspire us to be more health-conscious. Remember, health is our greatest treasure. Let's all take good care of ourselves 😊

You might have 100 priorities but once you are sick, you have only one priority- HEALTH.
It isn’t necessary to build muscles or 6 pack abs, but staying fit is.
Don’t fall for scam “All shapes and body is beautiful”. No it is not until you are fit.
Our food, environment, work culture have been totally changed what it used to be 20 years ago.
Workout, and yoga is completely necessary these days. If you don’t workout be ready to be bedridden.

I had to let go of my girlfriend 7 years ago, because she was (and still is) a workaholic, career minded, extremely competitive person, people who are more on proving the world how grandiose they are and always active in social media and away from nature, they generally don't last long. Thankfully, I learnt this and now in my 40 I am alone, but still happy and everyday, despite my IT work, I do spend a lot of time in nature, morning walk, enjoying with kids in the locality and simply being happy. And I have disconnected from most of friends and completely deleted social media, I feel more energised and every moment with genuine people. People only can learnt it themselves, if anyone try to teach they will generally ignore but time will teach everyone and break their ego.

Absolutely right sir.. right now I am 34 and same things happened to me and I got hit by health anxiety and depression. I thought depression etc can never happen to me but when it happens you feel you are all alone in the world. I understood that what would I do with all the money if I am not healthy enough to use it or enjoy it. But I fought and changed my lifestyle and slowly started making small changes in daily routine. Started doing intermittent fasting and having dinner before 8 pm. Stopped smoking and drinking completely. Stopped junk food and sugar.started playing badminton daily. Thankfully Now I am out of this viscious cycle of stress and anxiety.
So I just want to say that stop running the rat race. Wherever you see there will always be someone who is doing better than you in life. If you keep looking at others you will never be happy in life. Be grateful to God for what he has given to you and enjoy it to the fullest. I am sharing my friend's experience with severe fatty liver, for those wondering :
My friend hasn't even touched alcohol ever or anything like that. His age was 24 when it became severe and he visited one of the top doctors in Asia and the doctor mostly advised him physical exercise. His condition was so bad that he was losing hope. He also had some high bilirubin problem due to which his skin became yellowish sometimes.
So, he started doing high intensity running daily for 1-2 hours and within 3 months, his fatty liver started improving and even the doctor was shocked with his progress. Now, he has lost a lot of weight, just by running and I think he took whey protein too during that phase.
So, I would suggest anyone who wants to do it, to do high intensity running, not just jogging. There is a big difference between the 2. You can burn more calories by just running at full speed for 1 min, than jogging slowly for 30 mins. So, be wise about ur workout and I hope you all see the difference.
And dont neglect your diet too. Avoid junk and sugars at all costs if you are too serious about it.

200 muscles, 112 ligaments, 26 bones and 33 joints need to work together when we run.
I am fortunate enough that I got to know and found out the value of running in my mid 20's only. In 2022, I started participating in the 5k marathons and since then I have started running and I can't explain or express how much it has really impacted and improved my health. It has even improved my overall joint health, bone density, lean muscle mass, immunity, heart rate, lungs capacity, stamina, endurance, sleep and what not.
I even got the opportunity to work as a freelancer run trainer now in Cult since last few months. I am not a professional athlete though and need to improve a lot for my own sake and targets.
I try to teach people mostly my friends and relatives about the importance of running and fitness in life but hardly anyone listens or apply it as the famous saying goes -
"A treasure isn't called a treasure until it is lost."
"You never realise the value of something until it's gone."
"No human is limited. We can do more than we think we can do."
    - Eliud Kipchoge

For almost a decade, I've followed your journey closely and deeply resonate with your recent transformation. During COVID, I battled obesity with a BMI of 28-29, causing health concerns by my mid-20s. Guided by inner motivation and health experts, I turned to running, achieving a BMI of 20.5. Now running 7-8 kilometers daily, with core exercises on Sundays, I've seen remarkable improvements in health, reflexes, joints, and core strength. My journey has inspired many, and I aim to motivate more to prioritize their health. Looking to get more exciting videos from you soon.

Have faith. Same here. Pls stop rotis and bread. I love carbs. They are addictive. first few days are hell. eat dal, sabzi, but no roti. Boiled chicken if you are non veg, use maggi masala to boil chicken for taste. start walking 20 mins in morning and 20 in evening. Its a start... it will help.

I have been through this and I can understand, I am 41 and have been in IT all through... It's about time we get our priorities right! With the advent of AI and bots that can do most things that humans are doing today, we will need to be even more wiser on what our purpose in life is (if there is one) and how we will live it.
    Thanks for this video :)

Things changed after my father suffered from a heart attack in 2018. That was like a head turner to me, and now I make sure that at least I do a half-n-hour brisk walk. And like you mentioned sir, both me and my father feel younger and lighter than we were 2-3 years ago ! More power to you again sir ! Take care of yourself.

Thank you so much Sir for always guiding us through your own experiences, be it tech products or life based. We are so grateful to you 🙏💐 Glad to hear you're way more fitter now than last 5 years! I'm 29 and I just do 30 minutes of breathing exercises & stretches, it helps me to balance my heart rates, but I'll surely start jog and walks very soon.
