Thanks all of you for your well wishes and encouraging comments. Just wanted to let you all know that last Sunday I successfully completed the 10K Marathon for the first time and now I am easily able to do the 5K runs and almost all the pain that I was having is now gone. Remember #HealthIsWealth
These kind of thoughts only ruined people's health and depressing.. stupid quotes and stupid motivation.. don't push yourself more than your capacity. At the end Health is the real wealth you can acquire.
I’m 38, was lowest from health perspective after covid. Was difficult to get up from sofa without holding my back and knees cracking. I started training for Ironman Triathlon in Oct 2022. This year I already did 3 Olympic distance triathlons (1.5 km swim, 40km cycle, 10km run). My VO2 max is 50. My resting heart rate is 42 bpm. Just in 1.5 years. Training 6 days a week everyday at 6am! I am going to gift myself a full distance Ironman in 2025 when I am 40 years old. (3.8km swim, 180km cycling, 42km run). Movement is life, life is movement. More power to you sir. Keep moving ✨
Nice MashaAllah.. I have been watching your more than 8 to 10 years now. I use to watch your videos on Samsung S1 now using S22 Ultra. Wish you with the best health. It takes courage to speak about your bad days. Hats off, sir. 👏
Keep moving guys. You might have 100 priorities but once you are sick, you have only one priority- HEALTH. It isn’t necessary to build muscles or 6 pack abs, but staying fit is. Don’t fall for scam “All shapes and body is beautiful”. No it is not until you are fit. Our food, environment, work culture have been totally changed what it used to be 20 years ago. Workout, and yoga is completely necessary these days. If you don’t workout be ready to be bedridden. As I workout almost daily for past 6 years, I can feel the difference. You’ll have more immunity, more strength, motivation, and a lot other health benefits.
@@naveenkumardm871It depends a lot on genetics, hereditary ailments etc. His family had history of heart attacks. Sometimes the person is just unlucky.
I had to let go of my girlfriend 7 years ago, because she was (and still is) a workaholic, career minded, extremely competitive person, people who are more on proving the world how grandiose they are and always active in social media and away from nature, they generally don't last long. Thankfully, I learnt this and now in my 40 I am alone, but still happy and everyday, despite my IT work, I do spend a lot of time in nature, morning walk, enjoying with kids in the locality and simply being happy. And I have disconnected from most of friends and completely deleted social media, I feel more energised and every moment with genuine people. People only can learnt it themselves, if anyone try to teach they will generally ignore but time will teach everyone and break their ego.
When you are young, from the teens till the late 20s, we feel like we own the world, nothing can happen to us. But the moment you cross 35 and then approaching 40s, your body starts to show the wear and tear. Hence the term 40s crisis too. So take care of yourself too, not just work.
@warsonggulch6998 ofcourse. Those shows in MTV or AxN trying to accomplish all those tasks, I use to laugh watching them when I was in my teens thinking they can't even do those simple tasks. And now I realised most participants are 35+ 😄😄
You are one of my favorite TH-camr. The most genuine person around who has never sugar-coated things or been greedy. I can understand how difficult it would have been for you to make this video. Thank you for this video, and I'll too do my best to take care of my health! I wish you a good, healthy, and happy life ahead!
At 38 years old, I underwent an angioplasty just three days ago. Despite leading a balanced lifestyle, with moderate physical activity, I was surprised to discover a 90% blockage in one of my arteries. This experience was a wake-up call for me, and I want to emphasize the importance of prioritizing health. Thankfully, my procedure wasn't an emergency, but it was a significant event in my life. I'm grateful to Ranjit for sharing his journey; it's stories like his that inspire us to be more health-conscious. Remember, health is our greatest treasure. Let's all take good care of ourselves 😊
This may be because of the Covid vaccination. There are lot of side affects, including the blockages. 50 % of the vaccinated people are suffering from one or the other side affects
I am 39 and will be 40 in a few months, and in the last few months, I have had the feeling that my health is drastically getting worse and needs more attention. your video inspired me to do my best. Health is Wealth! Keep Rocking
40 is a crucial number. It doesn't depend how young you looks but 40 is about a dramatic change in physiology. Need to take care about health more than anything else.
Interesting as this sounds very familiar. I have been thinking of doing the same thing to finally do something more than just work. I appreciate someone I can relate to noticing a major difference. Glad to see you are well and thank you for sharing.
One of the very rare personality who cares for his followers!!! Huge Respect to you and to your heart that helps others in every single way possible!!!
He changed my way of thinking today, I have been watching Ranjit since my childhood, like from 2014. Never saw him with that much of an emotion and that much of emotional touch on a single video. I love your spirit Ranjit. I love the way yiu explained health snd your recovery journey through exercise. I am 24 now, and gonna start very soon. Hope to see you in your next video.
It was your video on managing expenses and not falling in EMIs, and now its a video on health. You are more than just a tech youtuber, thank you for continuing to inspire and educate. I'm only 23 but these lessons through your videos will stay with me for sure. I consider myself fortunate to have even met you, thanks again and glad to hear you are doing much better!
I am also sufffer from high cholesterol and blood pressure at 25 years old and doctor prescribed some medicine. But i started exercising every morning and focus on diet and now i am 28 and the healthiest version of my self. Health is real welth wealth.
Absolutely right sir.. right now I am 34 and same things happened to me and I got hit by health anxiety and depression. I thought depression etc can never happen to me but when it happens you feel you are all alone in the world. I understood that what would I do with all the money if I am not healthy enough to use it or enjoy it. But I fought and changed my lifestyle and slowly started making small changes in daily routine. Started doing intermittent fasting and having dinner before 8 pm. Stopped smoking and drinking completely. Stopped junk food and sugar.started playing badminton daily. Thankfully Now I am out of this viscious cycle of stress and anxiety. So I just want to say that stop running the rat race. Wherever you see there will always be someone who is doing better than you in life. If you keep looking at others you will never be happy in life. Be grateful to God for what he has given to you and enjoy it to the fullest. This video is a great initiative by Ranjit sir and more influencers should come out and share their stories so that people are inspired from them.
The best thing in this video was that just like you said sir.. after that period I was also thinking the same thing that if someone gives me an option between money and health I will always choose health no matter what.. when I got healthy first thing I did was to buy health insurance and term insurance.. now I feel more confident and tension free.. I feel that if there was someone to guide me when I was young then I wouldn't have to face all this.. so guidance from people like you can bring a world of change.. 🙏🙏
i am 31 and going through the same thing i have GERD(gastric acidity problem). and now its causing strange anxiety and stress. and some time gerd pain just feels like heart attack. its a rough time for me. going through doctors medication now. hope i will be better soon bcoz this time world looks like hell to me.
@@himanshu665 I also have the same problem. I have GERD and it made my life a living hell. But it is all connected to stress and anxiety. It is elevated by both these factors. To reduce anxiety just do all your Medical tests and see a gastroenterologist. If everything is ok then stop thinking about the issue and just follow the precautions. You will see the change.
Hi, thanks for sharing your experience! I hope you are doing well now. Can you share how much did the Intermittent fasting helped you in your journey? I'm 24, and I too have started this but I'm kind of mew to this
I suffered from the same issue exactly a year back. Consulted doctor, got the full body checkup and as per doctors advised went on diet plan for a month but the issue wasn’t getting resolved. Later on started jogging for an hour early in the morning for four months and the toe pain vanished. And now for almost a year the issue never came back in life. Thanks for making the video and addressing the elephant in the room especially for people of age group between 30s, 40s. More power to you!
@ajaylad172 & @geekyranjit is this something along the lines of osteoarthritis ? I faced a similar condition 5 months ago after a viral (that turned out to be chikan gunya).. pains in all joints, especially fingers, wrist, shoulder, ankle, feet.. alopathy did not help at all.. ayurvedic started making some difference and then increased physical activity and protein intake made it much better.. still recovering though..
For almost a decade, I've followed your journey closely and deeply resonate with your recent transformation. During COVID, I battled obesity with a BMI of 28-29, causing health concerns by my mid-20s. Guided by inner motivation and health experts, I turned to running, achieving a BMI of 20.5. Now running 7-8 kilometers daily, with core exercises on Sundays, I've seen remarkable improvements in health, reflexes, joints, and core strength. My journey has inspired many, and I aim to motivate more to prioritize their health. Looking to get more exciting videos from you soon.
I am 36 years old.. was living sedentary lifestyle.. no physical activity.. weighed around 105.. fasting sugar increased upto 211.. then started daily walking for 1 hour.. 6 km .. with intermittent fasting.. lost 15 kg in 3 months.. aiming to loose more 10 kgs.. now my fasting sugar came down till 101-117 range
Watching you from the last 8 years, I have to say this was a heartbreaking video for me. I don't know why I connect with you so much like a father figure. Eases my heart to hear that you are healthier now and have shifted the priorities. Wish you good health and happiness ❤
@@Asiandramas99 It's better to walk than do nothing. Sometimes we need to just keep things simple and consistent. Walking every single day is great! Not all of us want to jog or run. Some even get too intimidated to do so. For me, I do a mixture of long walks and 15 minute HIIT exercises.
Today you actually described the scenario that everyone in the working age goes through as I have been the part of that age group myself being at 30. We always hear about the important of exercise and ignore as we lack commitment for the same. But your story has inspired me a lot and hope will be inspiring to every other youth going through this phase. Posting such videos apart from your regular review videos truly deserves respect. I hope you get well soon and keep posting such videos more as if even a single person can change lifestyle that would be great achievement for you above any money, popularity. Thankyou
I'm 28 and watching this video. Thank you for enlightening us and sharing your experience. Big fan sir. Please take care of your health and keep educating us with your amazing content. Working from home over the last 1 year has made me realize that carelessly ignoring my health has proven very costly. I look forward to exercising more and respecting my body ( rather not taking it for granted). Your video was a nice reminder of the same. Much appreciated!!
i noticed that your channel isnt getting the same traffic it used to. i hope that doesn't demotivate you. ive watched your channel since 2013-14 and really value your opinion. in todays worlds where the TH-cam channels have become more of a gimmick pandering to brands by sugar coating the flaws of products or acting in an outlandish manner in order to stand out, i love your subtle no nonsense approach. keep rocking man. Stay healthy bro.
Same here, I've grown up watching your videos Ranjit sir, you are the OG. Just a small suggestion, hire editors and camera crew and try doing different tech content apart from reviews. Content that is fun and entertaining and can be viewed by non techy people too.
Traffic doesn't matters tbh my friend. YT is just a part of his income. He has way more businesses apart from YT. But the knowledge and the life experiences he transfer to us is what makes Ranjit sir different from other so called youtubers.
I am sharing my friend's experience with severe fatty liver, for those wondering : My friend hasn't even touched alcohol ever or anything like that. His age was 24 when it became severe and he visited one of the top doctors in Asia and the doctor mostly advised him physical exercise. His condition was so bad that he was losing hope. He also had some high bilirubin problem due to which his skin became yellowish sometimes. So, he started doing high intensity running daily for 1-2 hours and within 3 months, his fatty liver started improving and even the doctor was shocked with his progress. Now, he has lost a lot of weight, just by running and I think he took whey protein too during that phase. So, I would suggest anyone who wants to do it, to do high intensity running, not just jogging. There is a big difference between the 2. You can burn more calories by just running at full speed for 1 min, than jogging slowly for 30 mins. So, be wise about ur workout and I hope you all see the difference. And dont neglect your diet too. Avoid junk and sugars at all costs if you are too serious about it.
M 39 two years ago I done my brain tumor surgery, i fought with brain cancer but now m totally fine by God grace, I stop consuming sugar for almost three years and my body feel great without sugar
I have heard brain tumor related issue from quite some people who are young. How has it been so common these days ? I am shocked. I thought only heart attack has become common but how brain tumor is common now ?
Props to your daughter for pushing you to make this, and props to you for actually listening…dads are quite stubborn. For you who keeps his personal life separate, It takes a lotta guts to be this vulnerable especially to be so many people, this is a very apparent yet ignored issue, thank you for coming out and helping so many people!
Ohh boy ...don't get me started. I am 37 but fitter than when I was at 28. Started working out at 32 and now I am addicted to it. Working out helps and has many benefits that one cannot even imagine. It rejuvenates you physically, mentally and spiritually.
@@tars1341 of course, start with body weight exercises..Then slowly progress with weights..No need to buy big machines - a pair of dumbbells, a bench and a pull up bar is sufficient for a full body workout..
I have always loved you for your honesty, you will always be one among the very few honest TH-camr for me. ❤ Remember a wounded lion pounds back with more power. Kudos to your daughter who asked you to do this video ❤ welcome back & glad to see you are back and healthy brother
Am in late 30's and have health issues due to sedentary lifestyle. I have terrible knee and leg pain such that sometimes I can't even move i.e. sitting, getting up or even walking up stairs. I live by myself away from family and it becomes difficult even just to get into kitchen for food. My knee pain gets better when I workout regularly. But I am always piled up with work and plus these layoffs looming over am not sure how to balance my life anymore.
My 66 year old father has been jogging and walking for 5 km every morning for ages now. That is what is keeping him fit and away from lifestyle ailments and medicines. Many thanks to you for sharing your experience and your difficulties, for others to take note of, and to do better. It was brave, and everyone here in the comments wishes the best for your health and life. It must have inspired many.
I am 29 and I already felt something that changed in me, my immunity and general well being. Thank you Ranjit and your daughter for this video, the purpose is achieved. This video alone will changed me and I hope will change a lot of your community for better. Health is wealth and I'm glad you pulled through everything and are strong mentally and physically. More power to you!
5:15 Been watching this gentleman since 2016 and never ever felt that this person was going through such a horrible experience in his life. It feels horrible tbh. You're looking a lot better now but I wish you prioritize health more than the usual work. We'll wait regardless of time as we love your advices as a young and passionate citizen of India. Love you Ranjit sir ❤❤
I've always been a 'big' person. Kept trying to lose weight and every time I manage to lost a few kilos, I see myself going back to eating crap stuff and gaining weight. I'm at that stage now where I'm the heaviest so far... i think about my health every day but end up doing nothing. Thanks for sharing this. It's definitely inspiring... i hope to start with the basics once again and hopefully get into a consistently routine.
I am similar in this case, started working out and cutting carbs and increasing protein intake have shown little improvement. As soon as I go back to my bad habits I start to gain weight in a week. Striving to continue working out everyday! Am 25!
Have faith. Same here. Pls stop rotis and bread. I love carbs. They are addictive. first few days are hell. eat dal, sabzi, but no roti. Boiled chicken if you are non veg, use maggi masala to boil chicken for taste. start walking 20 mins in morning and 20 in evening. Its a start... it will help.
Can't agree more. I am in the same age bracket and working towards similar goals. In this day and age for electronics and computers, lot of us make this mistake of ignoring our well being. Thanks for bringing this up, a very important topic, good to hear you sharing your experience. Cheers, stay fit and strong.
I just worried why are you not making videos but the reality you exposed is unbelievable and such a good and useful video without any hide is great sir definitely will take care of our health becoz as you said health is wealth
You can see the pain in his expression when sharing the traumatic experiences. Very brave of you to share this sir! I think your general advice could be applicable to all ages. Tho I'll suggest my parents to look after their health they're both in their mid 40s so yeah they're on the verge of their health becoming a concern. Myself being a 19 yo who finds it hard to motivate myself to exercise will also try and have those walks and jogs alternate day. Thank you sir for making this video on this topic. I've wondered why your health was down for a long time. I'm glad you've recovered from it and are taking care of your health more now. And we as your viewers wish you to make your health a priority over pushing videos. Take care sir!
Hi Ranjit, This video has changed my life in many good ways! I first watched this video on 18th January 2024, and I realized true meaning of life and success. Since then by making changes in my lifestyle and consistency in Morning walks, I have reduced my weight to 64 KGs (earlier 68.5 KG) and waistline to 34 inches (earlier 37 inches). Thanks for letting know that success is not only measured by bank balance, its a mix of many factors.
I never would have imagined that jogging or fast walking would solve such serious ailments....it just is a relfection of how even 1 hr of workout can transform lives...been following you since 2014 and hoping to do so for many many years to come❤
Thought provoking and scary. Your eyes said it all and your words were straight from your heart. Appreciate your positive approach towards life and determination. This surely is an eyeopener for all of us.
Glad that you recovered and you realised before it’s too late 🙏 My definition of health is not just workout, it’s combination of 3 important things- exercise, nutrition and sleep. Missing either one of this will affect long term
@@Asiandramas99 30 mins per day good enough. HIIT or skipping, Brisk walking is good exercise rather than running and jogging as it would cause injury in long term
@@lohithkschalam wear proper running shoes, I don’t think we will have a injury then… Without proper shoes, running on pavement can cause damage to your knees… So, i think proper shoes are really important

I at age 25 got hit with chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS) and GERD. I am on road to recovery Very difficult , No one understands. Not even my parents , Instead my mom kicked me out of house , Beacuse i was sick every day , I shifted to new house , Fought like a warrior , I am on road to to controlled recovery as both of these issues cant be cured but definety managed a lot.
I'm really glad to see you back. This time you're not unboxing any gadgets but you're unboxing the real wisdome you've gained to far, and I think it's precious. More power to you ❤️
Kudos on the recovery 👍, golden words, the earlier you get into a physical regime the better equipped you are for the challenges you face health n mental , keep pushing yourself till you can ,cheers 🙏.
I'm 27 years old and I was almost 90kg during the mid 2020 due to Covid 19 and staying home doing nothing but I started running from end of 2020 (approx 30000 steps at average include both running and walking) daily for almost 2 years as of now lost 18kg of my weight. Please guys do regular exercises it really help me to be energetic and all those small illness I was facing simply vaniced due to the exercise I have been doing. Wish you health recover
Not mid 30s or 40s.. basic fitness regime should be followed by everyone. I'm in my early 20s and been following this channel since 2016 ig, I was a teenager then. Really happy to see Ranjit putting out videos other than tech and trust me views don't matter for these kind of videos. I loved the last one about solar panels and I love this one too. I was becoming lazy since a few days to even go for a walk and now this video is a reminder to resume my 1 hr fast paced walk in the evening and having some early morning sunlight daily. Trust me, just 2 things will make a lot of difference. And to you Ranjit, I must say that now I'm a well wisher of yours, not a fan and not a subscriber. Thanks a lot for putting out unbiased videos about tech and wisdom video like this. Take care of your health. I even remember your series of videos for youngsters, long ago when you suggested how to make money and general tips like that. God bless you!
Good to see you back. And wishing you good health to you. I’m 27 and my health has drastically diminished over the past year. This video serves me as a reminder to get back to exerci.
Sir, you have highlighted the one thing that 30-40 year olds do not care for at all. You have opened my eyes to reality now. Thank you so much sir and more health and power to you.
The reason why this man is different. Watching this changed my views towards life. Thanks Ranjit for making this one. Lots of love n blessings to you man ❣️
I understand the level of pain you've undergone from your tone of voice. This really made me think, if I am not working today, one day or the other, I'll end up feeling that pain and I'll do my best, preventing that. Thanks man, for the video!
I am glad you are feeling better now. Even I am feeling healthier after I started walking my dog 4kms every morning. Thank you for putting out this important message. God bless you man!
This video felt like a personal one-to-one conversation. Yes, you are right about keeping a large chunk of time for health-related activities. Yet to reach my thirties, but I feel all the valuable insight that you have given can be applied to any age. Thanks for the great advice on what we could say as a s health warning for all of us.
The moment at 5:50 😢.... The sheer pain man(he couldn't even describe in words)...sad to hear you had to go though this(my favourite TH-camr❤).... It takes a lot of guts and bravery to speak up about such an experience especially when you are a male... Respect for you increased 3000❤
And I swear after I watched your video I started doing cardio and pushups. It scared the hell out of me. Health is everything. I was wondering if you were okay and if everything is fine with you. I watched you so many times over the time Sir. Thank you for inspiring.
Thanks for sharing this.. i am feeling and suffering this same thing in my 37th year.. I recently started working out.. just basic. But i think it is helping me more than most.. kudos to you for taking this step. May your health be in better place than it is today..
1. Thank you Ranjit for putting this out. Thank you for taking the courage to share. 2. I seem to be ignoring my health way too long, I am 30, and I will make a routine or habit to walk and jog in the morning. You definitely inspired me to bring more discipline in my efforts to improve my health.
So sorry you went through this painful experience.I hope you continue to recover fast🙏 Thank you for sharing your story. I've been watching you for years now, and I always enjoy your videos.
Things changed after my father suffered from a heart attack in 2018. That was like a head turner to me, and now I make sure that at least I do a half-n-hour brisk walk. And like you mentioned sir, both me and my father feel younger and lighter than we were 2-3 years ago ! More power to you again sir ! Take care of yourself.
All the work is useless without your health. At work I tried to push myself daily. Work work work led to anxiety and then panic attacks and very recently Vertigo. I had to learn to take breaks and say No to make life livable. Health is wealth this is very true. Please take care
Wow, this was a very eye-opening video. I had no idea you went through such a difficult time. I’m glad you are doing better now and I wish you all the best. You have motivated me to be more active and mindful of my lifestyle. Thank you for being such a genuine and awesome person. I'm 38 and after watching this I've to change my lifestyle.🙏
Thanks for letting go of your reservations and sharing this with the community. Learning about this from you will be a wakeup call for many and will inspire them to take health and fitness more seriously. Keep it up. All the best!
That hit me hard on a personal level. I'm 35 now and i can already feel that my age has caught up with me. Started doing workouts and have taken it seriously.

Thanks for the video sir , I'm 18 and I'm not into the sports , I don't eat junk food or outside food but just due to staying still I started to gain some weight and my immunity getting weak , due to my parents i started jogging from few weeks and i taking that light , after watching this i realised the importance through your emotion and i will be more disciplined towards my fitness
So nice to see you back, Ranjit. Currently, I am 27; soon, I'll be 28. But I do have a target to be fit before I transition into the new era of thirties. For that, I started to do cycling every day for at least 30 minutes and do hand rope stretching before or after finishing my work, and since it has been around for more than 2 months, it feels more energetic and mindful.
Loved the fact that a real life tech influencer is sharing real life experiences which can actually go a long way in making people aware of the importance of their physical as well as mental health.. I'm glad I clicked on this video and didnt brush it off as yet another clickbait title.... I have recently been suffering with leg cramps and have slight pain on my right palm aswell, from what I researched I understood its a problem of blood circulation and doing some stretches and general exercise for the past few days have helped me minimize the pain but what you have said here, I need to start doing this too, I have been neglecting jogging completely and from what I hear from you this seems just the solution I need, thank you soooo much for sharing your story, I cannot wait to put this into practice.
Your experience is an eye-opener for everyone (including me) who didn’t prioritize their health. I wish you good health and hope to see you reach your target very soon and share part 2 of this video...

Excellent video. Life is more important. I even took a 3 year sabbatical in my early 30s. Now I just work the bare minimum to survive. I work as a Respiratory Therapist and seen many, young and old, die or become permanently disabled. Enjoy every moment. I try to go to the gym 4 times a week and I also try to spend time in my backyard garden. Cutting carbs and fried items are also very important. Carbs/sugar is the killer.

I am at my 30. And previously at 26 I suffered from fatty liver, so I know the value of fitness. ❤
is it because of alcohol?
Due to what ?
@@shakeermirzalaziness
I am 32. Grade 2 mild fatty liver. Non alcoholic. How did you recover
I am sharing my friend's experience with severe fatty liver, for those wondering :
My friend hasn't even touched alcohol ever or anything like that.

Same for me
. exactly the same...have you started meds for the anxiety? I'm still managing without meds...but debating if should start meds

That hit me hard on a personal level. I'm 35 now and i can already feel that my age has caught up with me. Started doing workouts and have taken it seriously.
You are the one of the first TH-camrs I started watching and you give a real to-point review with all the necessary information. All the best for your health and I must say that you have hit the right chord.
If I could give you a hug right now, I would. You're an inspiration to the community. Stay fit, stay healthy. We want to hear more from you for decades to come. Geekyranjit since 18, till forever.
I say to most of my patients, if you do basic exercises you won’t need to come to Dr.
What you told is absolutely true sir.
Plz post these kind of fitness inspiration every now and then..

I'm 18 and I'm not into the sports , I don't eat junk food or outside food but just due to staying still I started to gain some weight and my immunity getting weak
, due to my parents i started jogging from few weeks and i taking that light , after watching this i realised the importance through your emotion and i will be more disciplined towards my fitness
Really appreciate for being so honest and this video is needed for everyone and to say " Health is Wealth "
Nice keep going 🎉🎉🎉
Agreeing with u. Even i am 27, soon going to be 28. I hope u will achieve. I am also starting over.
I am a subscribers of yours for more than 10 years. Starting from early 20s to early 30s now. Thanks for making this video.

It takes a lot of courage to come out in open forum and talk about the situation... hats Off brother...
Loved the fact that a real life tech influencer is sharing real life experiences which can actually go a long way in making people aware of the importance of their physical as well as mental health.. Got to applaud the efforts and willingness to put out such a video on physical fitness after going through such a tough time in your life..Well done and keep going👏👏👍👍
I bought my first android HTC from watching your review almost 12 years ago. God protect you, from Pakistan.
Thank you sir for uploading this video and reminding us that next will be our turn if we won't wakeup today. Much appreciated
It doesn't matter if the topic is not about tech, its still important to know that our favorite content creators and anyone for that matter is human and vulnerable, this information sir is a wake up call for all of us and is greatly appreciated 🙏🙏🙏
Thanks to your daughter for making you put this out!

Your videos always gave us a feeling that you spoke your heart always. This video is one level above that.
The pain the family undergoes when we get down, is simply unbearable. Its a feedback loop, you care about more work you get more work you care about more good health you get good health. As you said we all have to stop lying to ourselves. Thanks for sharing your turn around !!!
Sir, so good to see you speak up without hesitate, I also suggest you to join yoga centre or do it by your own. It is next step of fitness after walking but you can start it right away it will simply change your life trust me. More power to you ❤

Highly appreciating your efforts for making this video brother 🙏🏼
Definitely It’s an eye opener for mid 30’s 40’s people.
May god bless you with good health and wealth brother 🙏🏼
I'm glad I clicked on this video and didnt brush it off as yet another clickbait title.... I have recently been suffering with leg cramps and have slight pain on my right palm aswell, from what I researched I understood its a problem of blood circulation and doing some stretches and general exercise for the past few days have helped me minimize the pain but what you have said here, I need to start doing this too, I have been neglecting jogging completely and from what I hear from you this seems just the solution I need, thank you soooo much for sharing your story, I cannot wait to put this into practice.
Glad you recovered. Thanks for sharing this .Listening to this , I will make health one of the priorities along with my work
Your experience is an eye-opener for everyone (including me) who didn’t prioritize their health.
I wish you good health and hope to see you reach your target very soon and share part 2 of this video...
Wish a speedy recovery brother and thank you for this key alert for all of us 🙏😊
Good to see you, Ranjeet. I wish you good luck. Walking is the best exercise. I am 46 and a half years old, so I take your message seriously. I have been walking for the last 9 years and am addicted to it now.
I'm 26 and i physically feel what he said about his body and mentally at rhe stage where he was, thanks for the video Ranjit really needed to hear this.
After 30 i lost muscle mass
As a 33 y/o i can tell you a lot you've mentioned is what I'm going through. I used to be a gym freak and was active. COVID has changed my life As i had a severe one, so I advised not to do what you were doing before COVID.
My work is not allowing me anything and i know "I'M LYING TO MYSELF". But I think it's time for me to proritise my health over anything else.
Glad to know about your journey and definitely you are inspiring not only from your work but your mindset. 👏
You and me have the situation brother...and we are the same age. I am so demotivated due to COVID hindering my activities...I used to hit the gym everyday but now even my work timings are kind of hindering it all. Not taking any new year resolutions but we need to get on our foot now. Best of Luck brother. If you are in Hyderabad then may be we can start together too. Health is literally so much more than Wealth
@@anootoshsarkar686 @anootoshsarkar686 let me guess... you both took the jibbies and problems started after. There's a LOT of that going on. The countless posts of injuries from people who took these shots are online to give these people the voice they need
It's not COVID, it's the vaccine
Same bro..same
Am 29 , but same story. I used to go to the gym every single day, now I have become so lazy or something happened to me I have literally zero motivation to do anything, just work eat and sleep. ☹️
I appreciate your mindset of improving society with your own experience, thank you man, thank you for being you
Excellent video.
