Wow. Empath here. Learning to heal a lot from my past and my childhood. Been tapping into my dark feminine energy and love on self more. I just got out of an 8 month relationship with a narcissist and you literally described the dynamic to the T. Thank you 🙏🏾✨

Aaron Doughty could you explore more on the topic of shame and it being in the body and how to get it out of the nervous system and manifesting physically. Maybe how toxic shame destroys body and maybe even a guided meditation to remove it ? Removal of shame and humiliation connected to childhood trauma. Similar to this topic about core wounds. And do you think it’s possible to do this without Auyawasca ? And more on how to be in your own frame and grounded with a presence of toxic shame and triggered nervous system .

Your request is a good one. I know he doesn't read comments but I would love to hear him address this too some day.
Check out Crappy Childhood Fairy on TH-cam. She is amazing and helps process childhood trauma in a similar but different way. She is amazing.

I've been able to experience out some shame in the past so I can only speak about it from my own experience. I read "Letting go" By Dr David Hawkins and also "Transcending levels of Conciousness" By living the values stated in the latter book without any exception I exhilarated my Karma and ended up in a timeless real, I began to sweat profusely as I felt like I was dying and close to death. A knowingness emerged that this too shall pass and that all I need to do is to experience this energy field. Eventually time returned and the intense energy dissipated I had experienced the energy level shame. One can also pay attention to their breath and ground themselves as well . That also brings it up for me. So no need for Auyawasca.

You can also check the work of lise bourbeau 5 wounds of the soul. She even describes how each wound looks on the body of the person who has it.

This is a good idea. I had to feel mine I think to get through it was awful. But the antidote seems to be self compassion

Detach from the outcome, let it go. You are always manifesting something, even if you’re manifesting things not manifesting. Trust the process.

    Reality is Reflection 1:04-2:56
Wounds could be fear of abandonment (even emotionally) by parents or someone else. Once you are aware of the wound, you realize that the love sometimes (you receive) feels uneasy. because its unfamiliar nothing else
Another wound could be unworthiness, may be your parents were strict or critical, awareness of this inside of you is important

Bang on!! That’s why spirituality is really synonymous to our inner journey, because it is our inner journey towards love and acceptance that eventually becomes our outer experience. I love your podcasts!

This was really helpful; I need to integrate more information like this. I've been dealing with worthiness issues for quite a while and even though I feel like I make progress, I always seem to feel the same. It's so strange because I know I am worthy and deserving of good things and I am blessed with many good things, but still there is an underlying feeling and discomfort that I haven't been able to shake. Worthiness is such a maze of intertwining hurts and feelings and societal constructs I feel like every time I realize something it just takes an unexpected turn to another thing that also has an effect on it. Anyways, thank you! Also, I really wanted to like this video, but with 333 likes, I just couldn't lol.

My grandmother raised me in my childhood I was emotionally neglected which caused me to be an empath even if I go up to show my grandma affection I see that she can’t receive & I do see the effects that it has on my nervous system that dysfunction is was has brought me from attracting safe relationships I am also listening to one of your meditations for completing the past 💚🕯🤝
