This video focuses on Aristotle's work, the Nicomachean Ethics, and examines his discussion in book 7 about the connection between knowledge or opinion about the good and akrasia (lack or loss of self control).
Is it possible for a person to do what they know or think to be something bad or wrong? A lack or loss of self-control would seem to imply that one does on some level understand the moral value of the choice or action the person engages in. But, what kind of knowledge could this be?

Excellent, excellent, excellent! If only my exercise was a good rendering in the class room than to have to pick up the pieces after idiots who hold authority over me. I hope we can come back to this often. Schizoanalysis is a helpful landscape but Aristotle and Socrates have it on the path to practical remonstrating the truth and one's rights.

Well, I suppose "pick[ing] up the pieces after idiots who hold authority over me" can't go on forever

Easy enough to read the text. It's discussing one book from the work, right?
