You do have a choice. That’s the problem. You think you don’t. This all ends when construction managers begin doing the right things and stop doing things that are wrong. You woudn’t jump off a bridge if your employer told you to. So why would you hurt people with your schedule?

Gantt charts are simple formats. CPM has logic ties and an algorithm.
