It was actually sunset, but very smooth light and colors and indeed incredible, I've never seen anything like it and the first time in snow with my Mavic :)

This is one of the best videos coming from the Mavic Pro. I am seeing a lot of videos with the Mavic, where they are overly saturated, and has a blue white balance. What where your overall settings?
Ta vidéo est simplement SU-BLIME :o c'est hyper calme et très reposant. On a envie de voir par nos propres yeux les paysages filmés :o Je vais juste chipoter un peu mais c'est un détail infime par rapport à l'excellent rendu de la vidéo, mais aux alentours des 4 minutes, lorsque tu filmes le coucher de soleil, on sent que tu as descendu un petit peu la caméra et bon ça casse le bon "mood" du début de la vidéo. Notamment, sur le fait que la vidéo depuis le début, jusqu'à ce moment, était parfait (C'est mon avis personnel ^^). Voilà, un petit détail mais franchement, tu m'as donné envie d'y faire un tour, peut être pour les vacances qui sait ... Continue comme ça :)
Beautiful, bravo ! At around 2:37 - when ascending at the trees... picture is quite blocky... is it also on the original footage or because of the TH-cam conversion ?
Thank you :) Unfortunately the picture was like that before I uploaded it on TH-cam. I think it might be the very difficult light conditions. The sun came through the clouds as backlight and the lake reflected it very hard so there was very high contrast. Further to that there were the trees, so the light flickered into the camera/sensor.

It is really worth the money, so much fun to fly with it, and the size makes you take it everywhere you go. I've got it with we on every trip I make. And video editing isn't so hard to learn, I didn't really do that much editing on this video :)

Thank you :) I don't think that it is to hard to learn, depends on what you want to do with it. An edit like this doesn't take that much time. The grading is something you'll learn on the go. I'm used to working in Lightroom, and in Premiere there are Curves too. The music is of one of my favorite artists, Bersarin Quartett. I just saw that there were videos with the song online for several years, so I figured the upload would work without problems :)
Hey! I didn't use a LUT on this video, just did a little color grading with the curves in Premiere to improve the colors and contrast, really not much :)

But the camera I had with me had the same problem, the level was showing that it is straight, but the horizon was not. Must be because of the shores of the lake?!
Hey Karim! I used Premiere Pro for the edit and After Effects for some noise reduction. For color grading I didn't do that much, just a little curve and temperature adjustment.
Hey! Je ne parle pas francais bien, sorry. The batteries hold longer than expected in such conditions, I'd say around 20 minutes, but I don't remember exactly. It is recommended to keep the batteries at a warm place, it's not good if they get to cold before flying.

Hm yeah, that could be because of a too fast shutter speed when it is too bright. Are you shooting midday?
