I had my Bariatric sleeve surgery on April 27 2021 at Cleveland Clinic bariatric Clinic in Ohio. They have a great program also. I have losted 80 lbs and now am at my goal of 140. Did I say am 65 years young lady. A great video.

I think it's pretty amazing what doctors like you can do for a persons quality of life and it's even better when you see a doctor that's really passionate about it. I'm looking into a program in my state currently, hoping I get accepted and all.

What’s the mortality rate of this surgery?
My mortality rate is zero. In the literature (studies looking at many patients who had surgery) , the mortality rate is between 0.04% and 0.09% depending on the study you look at and the time frame over which the study was done. Stated another way, the mortality rate is less than 1 in 1000.
