While you're engaging in the conversation with the person asking the questions, I noticed that you mainly focus on them and not directly towards the camera. As a result, some viewers may feel less involved. I propose that you try looking at the camera occasionally while explaining the concepts. This way, the audience will feel like you're directly addressing them, which can help them stay focused and connected throughout the video. I just wanted to share my suggestion, but overall, your content is truly amazing. Thank you once again

    Hi Nick - Can you make a video about the 4 areas (and their sub-factors) of the business model environment in the book "Business model generation"? I'm stuck on how to analysis on these 4 areas: What are the literature and specific analytical tools that I need to utilize for each area here.
