    i am still confused how to make one for my business. we sell car stereo (speakers, subwoofers, amplifiers). not the most powerful, not the best quality, not the cheapest but on lower end. so hard to have value proposition =(

      You need to find a differentiator in your product (one or more), then go about creating a value prop. For e.g. in your case it could be, "When you believe in just enough.." "When just enough is smart.."
