Ok, so I know a press /puller device is the proper way to remove a T-jet pinion gear, but, in a pinch, could i do it with a small screw driver?

Could you do a video on using the TGT-8 rear axle pusher crown gear removal tool from scale engineering? And the T-jet rear axle install tool 164-306 from scale engineering..

How do you remove the armature from a non Magnatraction motor plate? I have one with a bad armature and want to put my balanced quadlam on. I have the same puller with the red knob you have and it will not get under the top gear pressed on to the bad mean green armature I have. I need to reuse the brass gear and the motor plate. Any help would be great please

Good stuff Troy! I assume this is a fray car? I don't know much about tjets or fray cars (I'm more Magnatraction and later), but I would like to build a fray style car someday.

The magnatraction chassis is superior to the tjet chassis.The frays are superior to stock tjet chassis but still inferior to a sorted magnatraction chassis.I have most of the H.O. cars Riggen,Tyco,Tjet,Afx non Magnatraction,Magnatraction and SuperIIs,Tomy,Magnum 440,Life Like,Gplus,Super magnatraction, ect.In my opinion the magnatraction chassis is the best overall and the most fun to modify and race.

I picked up 8 old tyco cars with the curve hugger chassis, they all light up but one, the one that doesn’t light up has a diode in it and it will not run, any suggestions why?
