Skyler, Happy 4th, to you!!! The blue wood handle tool in the roof compartment is a post hole digger! It's the old way to dig a deep 6" diameter hole in the ground. Quicker than using a shovel. The carpenter & demolition truck! 🪚🔨🪝⛓️🧰. More tools, keeps getting bigger and bigger! Very interesting video, 👍👍👍!!! 🌟Fleet Friday🌟💪🦾👨🚒👷♂️!
That's for the video Skyler. The big pices of 2×4, 4×4, and 6×6 is referred to as shoring not cribbing, the smaller pices of 4×4 3×4 &2×4 is cribbing (the milk crates) also what you called a table saw isn't it's a power compound mighter meaning the platform turnd & saw tilts for cutting 90⁰ or up to 45⁰ angles inthe wood. Just FYI. I also got to handle the Stanly tools when they were just coming out. The Dimond concrete hydronic chain saw has to be water cooled but is nice as it will do plunge cuts where a regular chain saw won't. The hydronic wood chain saw will as well I beleave. I think that's what the rep said when I took a breaching, breaking & moving of heavy objects class years ago at Mizzou Summer Fire School
Love it Brother. I'm really not looking forward to the day Fleet Friday runs its course. Future ideas could be tours of SOC Head Quarters, or The Rock. Happy 4th brother. Be careful out there.
Is collapse rescue its own company? As in are there firefighters assigned specifically to that company or is the vehicle and its tools used by other special operations units that need it for a specific incident? (Edit* I kept watching and that question was answered in full) I really enjoy these fleet Friday videos. I’m in the UK and I find the equipment used by the FDNY fascinating. The LFB had some very good quality equipment when I was there, but you guys just have everything and lots of it! But I know the workload of the FDNY is unparalleled. 🙂🚒
Transport company just takes the truck to the scene. If the primary transport company is out already and can’t take it they send someone to take it to the scene
Glad to see another Fleet Friday! This apparatus is great. They are ready for anything here. This is why the FDNY is the best.
For sure thanks for watching

He's said a few times by law he can't film inside the firehouses. That's why his tours are always outside.
Can’t do videos inside firehouses. Thanks for watching
Great video man keep them coming. Have a question. What is the Stanley unit?
Hydraulic Power unit.
Great job
Thanks
9:29 you mentioned USAR, does fdny have a dedicated USAR truck?
No
I like it

How can i send you donations on here?
Just by watching the videos, sharing them. I don’t have any donation place
amazing

Bling bling outside and inside...well, if half of the outside bilng are inside than it was 100% better.
Thanks for watching
Are you a firefighter??
No I am not.
Can you teach us about transport companies?
Transport company just takes the truck to the scene. If the primary transport company is out already and can’t take it they send someone to take it to the scene
Thanks
So before the 5 Collapses, back when Collapse 3 was it. All of this was on the Rescues?? @skylerfire
Collapse 3 was the only one they did it all
