Hi I just got PR 670 and watched the lovely video setting up thread on the (which)needle. I noticed that there is one needle that wasn’t set up. As I tried to set up mine I can set up only 5 not six is that the case.

You used a logo that seem to be pre program in the machine. If I want to import my own design into the machine, what type of file format it will take? As exemple: Is an SVG format file could be compatible?

How do you get drawings and art designs over from a computer or ipad drawing apps to translate to the screen on the embroiding machine ?
