I'm so glad!
I'm inspired to do this as a topper for my "blah" glass kitchen table.
Preciosa; me encanta tus explicaciones; voy a probar
Those flowers are called Celosia. They also dry beautifully hanging upside down. Great project! Love the table!
Thank you 😊 they are such a cool shape
Absolutely gorgeous! You have lovely flower placing skills 😅
Beautiful
Great job.
Beautiful 😍 ❤
Beautiful work ❤
Thanks a lot 😊
Nice work 👍
Thank you for sharing
👍Очень красиво!!!
Beautiful piece, this is lovely. I wish you had shown us a side version of the finished product. I swore there was no way the end result would be flat with all those flowers. 😊 Don't forget your gloves when handling silica beads, they are so dangerous.
Your work is always amazing. I'm😊such a fan ❤
I use silica sand as well. Please elaborate on why they are so dangerous? 🙏
Thanks from kerala 🥰🥰🥰
Hello... Beautiful job! I'm curious what you did with the edges after the tape was off.... Looked like there were so.e jagged edges that could've used some sanding. Thank you!
Cool.
Have you done anything similar but for wall hanging? I love this idea but I think it would be amazing to see something done for a wall - I love those old vintage antique bubble frames. This gives me those vibes ❤ love your work. Also how long do they need to dry in between layers
Bravo
The flowers are called cockscomb celosia!!! They’re a favorite of mine in the fall because their flowers look like brains🧠
Magnifique bravo 👍👍
❤❤❤ it.
Very nice!! Is the top coat a special epoxy that's more water resistant than the rest? I'm new to epoxy, about to use only a 2nd time, but also want to make my top extremely water proof since it will be a bathroom vanity top. Thanks!
I really love this video! Just a quick question: is it ok to use artificial (plastic) flowers? And which flowers did you use? I love the colors and shapes!
Thank you. I’m new to your channel, watching you do this is exactly what I want to do. What did you paint the bottom of the tray ( it’s black)
Need to show more of the finished products in your videos.
Очень красиво, класс!! Скажи пожалуста, после шлифования чем покрывал, чтоб так прозрачно было?
How long did you have to wait for each layers? Very lovely!!
Sheri, could you do photos the same way. Would the resin damage them or would you laminate the photo? Thanks
Hi Sheri, fantastic work! How will the flowers age in resin over time? Will it stay like that in shape ''forever''?
This is amazing! i have a doubt though... so ive got these snowflake like formations spreading under my resin floral table but right above the wood base... any idea what or how to get rid of those?
Would love to know how much resin this project took? Love it!
Thank you for this beautiful tutorial. How much resin was used with this project?
Very impressive work I like it. I wonder how many Kg or mil. resin totally you used?
How many hours do you wait in between each layer please? Also how do you get the air bubbles away. It ruins the art. Your videos are great. Thanks for sharing your knowledge about that.
Does each layer have the same amount of black or did you decrease on your second and third layer? Looks beautiful and I'm attempting this myself today!
Hi there! In the process of making this table and coming out beautifully so far! The only problem is my flowers got taller than the mold :( do you have any ideas or solutions?? Should i move what I have to a larger and higher mold?
Sorry, it’s the first video of epoxy work that I’m watching. What is the “A” and “B” that you mention at the beginning? What are the proportions? I really love your piece.
Hi Sheri. I watched your video and am very impressed with how you prepare and make a resin table top with real flowers.
Would you be able to make a couple of average size resin panels with fresh flowers to sell to me ?
Do you use the heat gun in between layers too.. to remove bubbles and all ?
I love this! What do you use as a top coat?
My top coat is from make art resin
Hi , how long we need to leave the first layer to set? Doing it for very first time on a small mold with dry rose.
This is beautiful did you use a different resin for the top coat? Heat resistant?
I wondered the same thing. Did you get a reply ?
Beautiful! What it the top coat? Is it a special epoxy or the same one just the top layer? TIA
Just wondering how sides gonna look, will it differentiate layer..?
So beautiful. What brand of topcoat do you use?
Make art 😊 same brand as the casting resin
Subbed
When you take the tape off do you trim around the edges
Can you please let me know where can I find that black tray that you have used to make table
how long do you let it set between layers?
What are you using for polishing?
hello.. greetings for you from bs as argentina..i have a question.. how much time i need to the flower gets dry? can you tell me please?
Any type of tray or does it have to be an specific?
How long do you let each layer cure? I’m worried that leaving the flowers partially exposed will reintroduce too much moisture (I live in a very humid area)
Me too. On my 1st pour I like to pour over my flowers sealing them. But in the 1st day I like to get 2 to 3 layers poured
Hey Sheri, I was curious how much resin this took? I’m wanting to resin my bouquet in a square shape, but unsure how much resin to buy. Thank you! ❤️
You'll require 4.78 kg of resin and hardener to make a square of 12*12 size and thickness 51mm.
What did you a scrub on there before you sanded ? It looks like a bar of soap
Did you use a heat gun for every new layer of resin, or just the first layer?
Beautiful! Quick question, why did you add a little black to the clear resin? Did you do that on all pours? TIA!
To create interest. Making some of the flowers look like they are fading into the black. I did it on all the pours expected for the last one.
@@sherivegasartist thank you!!!
Question- it didn’t look as though you used any resistance on the tray such as Vaseline? I have a similar, rigid tray I always wanted to use resin with but thought I would need a resistant to prevent the resin from curing to the tray( since mine is rigid) ? I have used concrete in my tray but did use Vaseline on the bottom and the sides. Is your ikea tray flexible enough it doesn’t need a coating before adding the resin? Thanks
This piece is designed to stay in its tray.
Where did you get the table top? Thanks!
What have you used to dry flower
How long you waiting after putting the flowers and added the next layer of Epoxy Resin
I think there's silicone tape you could use as well 😊
