The UN recognized Israel because it recognized itself. it didn't recognize Palestine because they didn't want to be recognized.

The thing is that the al Husseini family, who governed Palestine for generations, voluntarily divided Palestine and agreed to the creation of Israel and taking in refugee Jews, meaning it's not an invading state at all. Whereas what remained Palestine haa been occupied by foreign Arabs ever since those foreign Arabs invaded in the 40s trying to prevent Israel from being created, they lost to Israel but took over what remained Palestine.
One of the first acts of the Palestinian Authority was to implement unlimited immigration for Muslims only, and then to outlaw the reporting of how much of the population is from the population that existed before the partition. At that time less than 15% of the population of Palestine held or descended from someone who held Palestinian citizenship prior to the partition. After importing millions of Muslims, that number would be much much worse now. The native pre-partition population is the extreme minority in modern day Palestine, whereas the majority of modern day Israelis descend both from the refugee Jews who arrived in the 40s but also from the pre-partition population. The real narrative is almost completely the reverse of what most people think it is. Palestine has a higher immigration rate than any recognized country on Earth, currently the majority of people who call themselves Palestinian are actually foreign born.
This whole thing is about Islamic conquest of the territory, not about defending the indigenous population(most of whom are pro-Israeli and anti-Hamas).

First, Hamas accepted the two-state solution in 2017.
Second, Netanyahu rejects the two-state solution and challenged Saudi Arabia in this before October.
He said that the Emirates and Bahrain did not impose the two-state solution on us, and the same thing happened to Saudi Arabia.
It is natural for the Palestinian resistance to act after it felt betrayed and treacherous.
Third, military resistance to the occupier is a legitimate right under international law. When you classify the Palestinian resistance movement as terrorism and say that you will remove them from the discussion, this means merely
    justification for betrayal and treachery.
Finally, the military resistance must be recognized as a legitimate representative of the Palestinian people as well.
We do not reject the two-state solution on the 1967 borders, which represent less than a quarter of historical Palestine.

@@killermoon635 The resistance said that it has no problem signing a non-aggression pact for decades, even if Israel withdraws from Gaza, but recognizing Israel means betraying the Palestinian Nakba, especially since Israel does not want to recognize the Nakba and compensate its owners. Finally, the Palestinian Authority made all the concessions in Oslo, even recognizing Israel, and the settlements, the crimes of the settlers, and the apartheid system did not stop. This is what made the resistance believe that Israel is not serious about peace, but rather does not want peace and its goal is to oppress the Palestinian people.

    • @roiitzkovich4545
      @roiitzkovich4545 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@@ichigo0070 The "Nakba" is a result of the war that the Arab countries declared against Israel back in 1948. They lost the war and that led to many Palestinians who abandoned Israel during the war to be essentially banished (a worthy punishment for betrayal).
Recognizing the Nakba means that Israel cancels said punishment, which essentially legitimizes that war. You can't justify and reward terrorism. At best, Israel will offer financial compensations for the Palestinian refugees, but not entrance for Israel. The Palestinian refugees will have to live with the consequences of their betrayal.
In 2008 and 2012 respectively, Ehud Olmert and Benjamin Netanyahu offered the PA a Palestinian state in the 1967 borders, as well as an entrance into Israel for 100K Palestinian refugees who once lived in Israel. The other refugees were offered the previously mentioned financial compensations. Mahmood Abbas refused because he wanted a full right-to-return for ALL 5M+ Palestinian refugees. He insisted on that because he hopes it'll one day lead to a Palestinian majority in Israel, which will destroy Israel from within via political elections and lead to a Palestinian state from the river to the sea. Essentially, the PA's end goal is for Israel to be destroyed and establish a Palestinian state instead.
Israel can't compromise and give a full right-to-return for all Palestinian refugees. That's a death sentence for Israel. The Palestinians need to compromise too and accept financial compensations for these refugees rather than entrance into Israel.

You have forgotten the purpose of life. You live a life of lies instead of accepting the truth that Islam is completely false.
Look into the Arab pronunciation for Mt Moriah, and you find that that is the real Mt Marwa. not that tiny pile of stones in the desert, and Mt Scopus was also called Mt Safa.
What does Islam try and teach about the false Mecca? It teaches that it has been continuously occupied since Eve was sent down there. So there is absolutely no way that Ishael and Hagar could have been lost on those tiny piles of rocks that you call Safa and Marwa today, when they are both is the very centre of what you call Mecca today . Likewise the zamzam is a fraud. When the pilgrims began to be deceived into going to Mecca, instead of Jerusalem, they started dying of thirst. The zamzam was no good forr more than a camels. That is why we find that the oldest thing in mecca is the aqueduct of Calipha Zubayda. It was built to bring water over a hundred miles to Mecca, because the Zamzam was not a source of enough water. Today the water for Mecca really comes from giant desalination plants on the coast near Jeddah.
The hagg pilgrimages were originally pilgrimages of the Jewish people from all over the Promised Land (and the diaspora) to the temple in Jerusalem.
It is all fake. When they changed the direction of prayer away from Jerusalem
and they have just transferred stories from Jerusalem to Mecca, and like the Muslim Mt Marwa they have tried to make little copies with real success.

Soon there were no fish in the lake and no anmls came to drink there. The ones who brought the crocodiles kept replenishing the lake with millions of fish from their country. Eventually they brought more crocodiles there, and wanted to expand the big lake to flow over into all the nearby small ponds where there were still some caiman. They started digging up the land to allow a path for the lake to flow into the ponds. The digging and destruction of the ponds killed many of the native caiman and the crocodiles took over those areas and attacked and ae the caiman. Farmers who's cattle drank from surrounding lakes miles away became concerned about the unnatural lake containing the hungry crocodiles. They began to prepare to prevent the crocodiles from moving over too their lakes and killing theor cattle. They appealed to the people who brought the crocodiles to their region to stop bringing crocodiles and stop digging ip the land to connect lakes. All they did was say "we will ask the crocodiles to cease eating the caiman and cattle for a while. They wanted a Two lake solution. One for crocodiles and one for caiman, but they wanted to put a fence in the lake and pretend that its two lakes. The truth is that they always wanted an all crocodile lake but in a land where there were already caiman living in the lakes. They decided to eliminate all the caiman and replace them with crocodiles although crocodiles are dangerous for those in that region, and caiman are going to end up extinct in that region if the crocodiles are not controlled.

Their support for Palestinians seems not even symbolic, unlike the strong stance and actions against zionist regime of many other Muslim and non-Muslim countries. It appears they're more invested in preserving their centuries-old monarchy than genuinely advocating for Palestinian rights.

While an oil glut is forecast in about ten years time with more renewables coming on stream and sanctions imposed on Russian, Iranian and Venezuelan oil, an embargo would have serious consequences for Western economies. Saudi, despite its recent detente with Russia, is still in the pockets of Western powers.
