Your homes are exquisite; your videos are very nice and I love how you let the home do all the talking. I think some of these channels think the watchers are dumb or that we watch to know about THEM. I do believe that “some” are actually looking to buy but, many are just fantasizing!! If they are looking to buy, just put your info at the end….let them call/text/email and f they choose. For the rest of us, let us look at the homes we may never afford to but!! Thanks again for JUST the soothing music and the gorgeous homes!

It’s not a music video, you are shooting home tours focus on presenting the content better, it is hard to get a feel for the flow and layout of these houses.
A bit too far out from downtown to my like
There doesn't seem to be much of character in the first house : cold, flat and not lively.....
I came to look at homes not to see what editing tricks you've learned lol. The quick transitions were too jarring and made the whole experience confusing and unpleasant to watch (one example: coming into the foyer @0:45, we barely had a chance to see it before.. BAM!.. it transitions to some room with chairs in it😖. Like, huh.. what is this room?.. where is it located?.. and why was I not allowed to get the full experience of the foyer?! *An important first impression of any home). Focus more on capturing the 360° views of areas and follow the flow of the home (slowly moving camera around) so we can understand the floorplan. Beautiful shots, though.. just needs tweaking👍🏼.

The video is often used as a means of capturing ones attention and making the consumer interested in finding out more, such as photos, 360 tour, or even. showing. Allowing our clients to convert viewers into perspective buyers.

Lol most prestigious in Ontario? One home in Rosedale might be worth the entire block. Most wanna-be prestigious area in Ontario is more accurate :P
Location is the only good thing about a house in rosedale. They’re mostly old and small compared to kleinburg.
