Not Sure, probably alot!!
King's land taxes are very low, around 8-16k per year for those homes
the fifth is better.
Toronto developers are so far behind LA....
Watching these newly built homes in 2021 paying no attention to details, from layout to lighting. After watching Enes then stumbling across candian developers makes me feel embarrassed for Toronto...
