- A leather shotgun shell pouch is a simple, durable project that is super convenient to have on hand when you go shooting. This pattern is designed for a 12-gauge box, but can be easily adjusted to fit a 20-gauge box. And if your shooting center uses card keys, this pattern features a convenient card slot to keep yours handy.

I don’t know how much, if any, time you spent perfecting the excited teacher voice, but man…it’s spot on. I’d sit for HOURS in a class if you taught it.
Chuck, I love the full tutorial videos you do.
I love watching & listening while & I work on my projects... you rock...! 🤘🤩🤘
Very helpful walking us through the thinking on matching up hole placement. Thanks Chuck! I find that a bone folder can lay down the stitching in areas where a happier can’t get to.
Here's another great project ! I'm making a black powder pouch, wet formed pockets for various pieces.
I made one for my son and added a detachable canvas foraging bag to the front for spent shells. It can also be used by itself.
Man, I love your enthusiasm! Great video. I like when you show the tips like using the thread to pull the needle. Very helpful.
On e again you make it look effortless!!!! Well done Chuck
always love your tutorials. thank you for all the tips!❤
This is my favorite leather channel! 😊
Bravo as usual 👏👏
Wowww
Que increíble trabajo
Saludos muy buen trabajo👍👍👍
Hey there Chuck. Long time listener, first time caller. In this specific application, with the over-sized belt loops for durability, what is the advantage of using Chicago screws instead of rivets?
Do you have a pattern for a two pocket pouch for Skeet shooting?
If you put clear fingernail polish on the threads of the Chicago screws, they will be less likely to work themselves out. Loctite works too but makes the fix irreversible which is not always wanted.
Obviously using black makes this irrelevant .. I started using a RED gel pen since most leather dyes are basically a red base .. blends right in
Double sided tape is horrible to stitch through. I go with white glue, works well an is at less gooey to stitch through.
Cutting the 4-5 oz. Gussets....why are you basicly wasting that corner of the shoulder? You squared the edge, then cut the pieces 4 to 5 inches in from the corner? "We crafters" can't do that kind of wastage, Chuck!!
