Thank you thank you!!!! Was such a fun vid to make! And oh my gosh, I couldn’t even imagine how cool an EnzoX would be!!!! I would be all over that so quick!
I have one of these, it really is a unique pedal, still exploring its possibilities . . . am using this with various synth engines (hardware and software). Excellent demo, thanks for posting.
Oh yeah, it’s such an amazing pedal. It really changed my whole sound and setup when I got it. It just does so much! I only run guitar and Kalimba through it, I bet the synth on synth would be amazing! Thanks so much for watching, I really appreciate it!!
Whoa!!! Seriously thank you!! This is an amazing pedal and such an inspiration for the vid. I’m a sucker for anything space. Super appreciate you checking it out!
@@theerraticpedaladventures3197 Hey man you're welcome :) By chance, do you know how to make a fast arpeggio ? like maybe double the value of the tap tempo? Do we have to go through the computer to achieve that? Cheers !
Hmmm…honestly I think that is the way to go. Probably program it on the computer and then just save so it’s there when you need it. I think you can also use a bpm control, maybe something from Disaster Area. Not sure if that is compatible though, something to look into myself.
@@theerraticpedaladventures3197 ok thanks for your answer :) Problem is, I'd like to use that live with a drummer, so I need to be able to tap the tempo...but yeah I'll dig into bpm control. Too bad they didn't add a "subdivision knob" like they did with the ottobit
You bet!!! Yeah, would be a bit tricky live, but you could always have a laptop control to get that live, or the bpm control if that works. Subdivisions would have been amazing to get those crazy fast tempos. Maybe if you got a delay matched up enough you could fake that???
Awesome to hear!! Thank you!!! Genuinely an absolute favorite piece of gear with tons and tons of uses. Found out it’s actually pretty polarizing after making this vid, I guess not everyone loves the far out sounds!
Oh thanks man!! Enzo demands a certain level or respect, I think I hit it with this vid. Such an amazing pedal, I really need to get my hands on more Meris. I can’t recommend Enzo enough!!
Oh thank you!!! And that’s so awesome that my vid sparked some inspiration to deep dive into it. I think you’ll find some great treasures! Have fun!!🤘🏻
@@theerraticpedaladventures3197 Oh I've discovered some of those treasures before lol.. Looking forward to discovering again along with new ones.. thank you 🤘
I’m not familiar with that game, I’ll have to check it out. Love a space game. Thanks so much for checking out my vid! Yeah, Enzo is sooo good and I absolutely want to check out the LVX as well. That one looks next level!!
@@theerraticpedaladventures3197 What? You have never heard of of Kerbal? Oh man, its ship building, orbital physics and cute little green men...yea, check it out lol
thanks for the video, even though it's not 'literal' as you sometime showcase a feature and write about another one. It's as confusing as the overwhelming possibilities offered by this pedal! :)
Yeah, this one has tons to go over. I tried to showcase the sounds more than writing about it, so things might not match up to what words are on the screen. Probably why I’m moving towards more of just sound examples versus in depth control details. Thanks nonetheless for watching!!!🤘🏻
What have we learned? - Earth peoples still think they can travel in space - Sometimes, spaceships make great sounds - This dang astronaut was a dang FRAUDUS!!! - If you go to space, work on your Enzo first, don't be a dringus. Be prepared.
Thank you so much for checking it out!!! I still am a bit iffy on the specifics, but it seems that the triggered let’s the effect take the spotlight, where the follower seems to let your playing come through a bit more, maybe a bit more articulation for complex parts. I think I’m 99% in triggered because I use Enzo to not sound like guitar. Hope this helps a little.🤷🏼♂️🤣
Thank you so much for checking out my vid!! This is honestly the best question for this vid! And the answer might surprise you, there were zero synths used here, just Enzo and my guitar and drum machine. Enzo turns any input into a full blown synth! It’s amazing! I highly recommend it if you are looking into synths or synth pedals. It’s a mindblower!
@@theerraticpedaladventures3197 woa, that meris is sure one special pedal. I have no experience with synths or keys so sticking with guitar is the right thing to do. im sure to check it out one day!
Here’s the REAL TRUTH.... Great sounding pedal. It’s a Bear to use... A Damn Nightmare!! Worst designed pedal ever. At the very least they should’ve used concentric knobs. Just try to remember the secondary functions! Don’t buy one unless you’re ready to also buy a Disaster Area MIDI controller. This is the only way to save and recall presets live. Even the presets that come in the pedal. It really needed an LCD screen and some memory...
It is such a great sounding pedal!!! Sorry that it didn’t work out for you. I have heard that from a few people, so maybe I’m the weirdo for loving and getting along with it so well. I use the Meris preset switch and that gives me 4 presets, which covers a lot of ground. Definitely agree that some internal memory would have been cool! I hope they come out with a synth pedal in the LVX style, I think that would take care of pretty much any issue I’ve heard others say about it. Anyways, thanks for checking out my vid!

Which you’re totally capable of doing…I can memorize secondary functions and I can take pics to memorize and recall settings. If I didn’t want to take time to do these things why would I buy the pedal to begin with?
Such creativity there... So amazing ! So cool ! I am praying everyday that Meris is in the process of creating the Enzo X.

Definitevly deserves more views, best video about Enzo Meris so far !
