Managing male ego is needed in every walk of life by women in both professional and personal life. It's not specific to an industry. The absence of the need to manage male ego is one of the true measures of gender equality. Education and Income equality can help mitigate this state .

No matter how better the woman is earning or performing in office or kitchen the top priority is to learn how to manage male ego. This prime concept is better understood by poor women. I absolutely believe in what you mentioned but eventually that is not the reality on ground. Most men do have fragile egos. And i have even stopped seeing it as a flaw. But rather accepted it. This acceptance to me came much later maybe because I was privileged. I had the opportunity of education and freedom of thought.
