Oh boy! Where shall I start. Had he privilege of owning a home SOB, a parking spot. The disadvantage, people peering into the windows and amazed that the interiors weren't "historic". Keep the bottom half of the ground floor shutters closed. A horse back police officer used to chat through the window a lot. My time there 1994 - 2005, and if I recall, horses had a bag on the front to eat an a bag on the back to catch the results. It was a wonderful time but all things come to an end and moved to Las Vegas with room, four car garage inside a golf course community. My view, former Mayor Joseph P. Riley did a lot in his what, almost 40 years in office. But even that needed to come to an end. Some of the cons, got nailed by the HPS with regards to a well vent for an oven and spent quite a few dollars replacing and repairing several windows.
It does, but at the same time we aren’t a big city so the traffic isn’t as bad as people make it out to be and the tourists stick to downtown and the beaches for the most part.
I’ve always loved the charm of Charleston proper but important to take into account the cons. I still want to own there sometime but it’s obviously overpriced and I would insist on off-street private parking which is tough to get. But you get to live in a piece of history! My primary residence here in PA is 190 years old, so I love the styles there. Thanks for the vid, Bill.
His videos are consistently great. Funny intro, content is about a beautiful city, he’s obviously sponsored by Nike (which is a good thing) , and he’s getting into subliminal messages ..don’t think I didn’t notice the end of video when the stop sign and one way sign are pointing directly at Bill … stop what your doing and call Bill …Just Do It !!

I think dealing with all the traffic and tourists where you live would take some getting use to.

The intro was funny… I like the sense of humor.
