I'm not Paul but No. it can't be used that way. And if you like both things (two things), you can say; - I like tea or coffee. BUT, you can also say: - "I like either tea or coffee". And, when you don't like both things, you can say: # I like neither tea nor coffee. OR. # I don't like either tea or coffee. - Both expressions mean the same thing.
Yes, there are a few things you can do with it apart from using "neither." 1. March was not a cold month. Nor was it wet. 2. Two people are speaking: A: I'm not going. B: Nor am I.

@@User133-us those are alternatives but you're always gonna hear the words either or neither depending on context when it comes to choosing between two things not more than that. I don't despise Grammar books my friend 'cause I learned English by using them too but you gotta keep in mind that Grammar Books teach you HOW to speak, understand, write and read the language, they teach you how to structure the language so you can express and convey your ideas and thoughts correctly and I congratulate you for studying Grammar 'cause you're doing the right thing, BUT you have to search a little bit more so you can expand your knowledge of the language. You're doing a great job by studying Grammar but you have to practice, I mean, you gotta try to speak English all the time, constantly, because it's useless to study a lot if you don't practice, if you don't speak the language.
