Sir g have you any chicken recipes for batchlers because we don't have mixer, grinder, fridge. Yaha tak ki Khana banane ke liye pot ke nam par cooker , kadahi, karchhi or plate hote hai. Ginger garlic pise Nahi kute jate hai, Wo v Steel ka glass or roti wali belan se. Sari problems bata diya.

Thanks for the wonderful recipe. Sarso oil that we get here in Canada is very pungent and also the smell is very strong.I tried using it once and it spoiled my whole dish. Any tips?
Chef as per what I have learned and experiencedwe should not add water in the making of makhani gravy before cooking the tomatoes because they get sour if u add water to it and also if the tomatoes are nice any jucy there is no need of adding water . I love your recipes Chef and also want to become a playful chef like u thank u sir may God bless u 😊❤💫

Two separate marinades and then two gravies is bit much for the home kitchen. IMO. It becomes especially tricky when spices have to be added by estimates as different stages. Following this recipe I am clueless till the end if I made the dish too spicy or bland. Truth be told, I have enjoyed your other recipes more.

Same in the US. Make the oil smoke in the hot pan for a few minutes, let it change its color before it’s edible
