Teach-in on Daniel Jadue

We learned from and celebrated the radical municipalist reforms in the Chilean district of Santiago, Recoleta. A majority working class and immigrant commune of the capital city, the former activist mayor Daniel Jadue created a liberated territory during his tenure, by introducing people's universities, libraries, and pharmacies that sold medicine at cost.
Unfortunately, he is the victim of a rightwing and neoliberal attack because of his people's pharmacies. Daniel Jadue has been incarcerated since June 2024 and is currently under house arrest. We from our respective places will rally as a global municipalist movement for his and our collective freedom.
