  • "How do you make a decade of consistency happen? Day baby day..."
Hunter Labrada has never lost as an amateur bodybuilder. His recipe for this success is winning the day. Doing everything in his control as best as he can EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Now Hunter is making his pro debut and has the New York Pro and California Pro immediately on the schedule for 2020 and as they say "if it aint broke dont fix it... so Hunter will continue to win the day.

Ramy has by far the craziest set of wheels i've ever seen in bodybuilding ! Leg development has progressed a fair distance from Platz as great as his legs were as a matter of fact Jeff King ( around Tom's time i think ) had an amazing set of wheels that no one mentions .

His calves are proportionately smaller than his thighs.

Coming back here again! I have been destroying my calves. Got them to 20 inches. And yet Hunter's are way way bigger. LISTEN GASP AND MEASURE HIS CALVES! WHO THE FUCK DOESN'T WANT TO SEE IT? NO ONE!

its so weird to see bodybuilders train with the seated leg curl; it seems pretty clear that there's a whole chunk of range of motion lost in the exercise;doesnt that seem obvious? on a prone leg curl, the fullness of the contraction in full knee flexion seems like common sense...
Plus, having the muscle "against" the seat pad is a damn uncomfortable feeling overall and a distraction.
