Thank you so much for showing how you made these cards, including using those patterns. Until I saw you doing this, I had no idea patterns existed.
I am brand new to cardmaking and have now received several kits from different companies. I'm a bit overwhelmed with it all though, so I haven't made any cards... well, one, but we won't mention that one. LOL Anyway, watching you use these design sheets let me know that there is help even if I don't have all of the dies and such to cut some of the shapes. I'm getting there, but it will take time to get all of the stuff.
I also want to say that I am loving Love from Lizi. My 'Wonderland' kit arrived in a week from the day I ordered it and my 'Kitchen' kit should be here either Friday or Monday, taking only 5 days to get here. Those are awesome shipping times. And the kits are so full of things I will actually use, such fun and well-made ephemera. I'm so happy I discovered this company to get kits from.
I am so happy to hear you are enjoying Lizi's kits. She really does pack them full of crafty goodies. I look forward to my kit from her every month. Card sketches are great for inspiration. I love using them and also adjust the sketches quite often to fit a specific image or sentiment. Have a wonderful day!

Love your kitchen scene card! I think that's my favorite, but I also really like the last one--such bright colors. They are all wonderful--great papers in this kit. I am so upset the bubble peel offs are bing retired. I better go get some before they are all gone! TFS

Very cheerful creations this month and right now we can all use some cheer! I love #5, #7 and #8 but that by no means suggests I didn’t love the rest. By the way your nails looked lovely and the color was spot on!! Love ❤️ and hugs 🤗

These would be the perfect cards to give to my daughter who loves to have gatherings with friends and family, putting on a real feast for everyone! I definitely like the colors and pattern papers in this kit along with the sticker sheet.

Hey Kristie, I have a suggestion for the shaped peel-offs that are hard to remove from the backer sheet. You can "weed" the background by starting at one corner and pulling the vinyl at an angle. The shapes should stay on the backer sheet. This leaves room between shapes for you to get your tweezers in there and grab the piece you want to use on your card. Let me know if you decide to try it, and how it worked for you. 😁

@@KristieMarcotte No, but I have been cutting vinyl on my Cricut, and have been "weeding" lots of background material. I just thought it would make it easier for you to use Lizi's peel-off shapes. 😁
Yayyyy, I finally got my pen stripes it was fast shipping I had to use the pay Paul choice but I was able to track it from UK. I'm super excited I had to create cards last night when I got them just to try them out I think I will have to do a second order before the year is over

How do you know what to use with each pattern like the color patterns and solids?
this kit is not my cup of tea, I think you did a fantastic job considering if was a very specific themed kit.
Lyn Finley Thank you! 💗 Lizi does try to offer a variety of styles for her kits. Sometimes there may be one that isn’t quite a favorite. I always remind myself the cards aren’t for me, so it’s nice to use an assortment of styles and themes. 🙂
