    1년 전 업로드 했던 바람떡의 업그레이드 버전입니다
    같은 음식을 더 연구하여 더 맛있게 만들어 영상으로 제작하는 것은
    저에게 정말 신나는 일입니다^^
    노력하여 얻은 성취감만큼 저에게 에너지를 주는 것도 없는 것 같습니다
    이전 영상에서 달라는 점은 물양과 불 세기 그리고 치대는 시간 정도일 것 같습니다 별 것 아니다 생각할 수 있으니 이런 작은 차이가 정말 차이를 만들어냅니다

    It's always so amazing for me to create better videos about same food than those I've made formerly!
    There is nothing to give me energy but the sense of accomplishment by renovating
    There are differences that are the amount of water, the power of heat and the time to knead
    You might think it's nothing or not important but these small differences make the real difference
    재료 Ingredients*
    습식멥쌀가루(소금 간 된 것) 5cup(450g)
    Wet method rice powder(seasoned with salt)
    백설탕 White sugar 2.5T
    정수 혹은 생수 250~300ml
    (가루의 건조 상태에 따라 약간씩 달라집니다)
    Purified or mineral water
    팥 Red bean 300g
    백설탕 White sugar 1.25cup
    소금 Salt 0.5t
    물 Water 50ml
    해바라기씨유 Sun flower seed oil or
    some kinds of oil that don't have strong flavor

    아유~팥앙고부터 컵으로 찍어내어 기름을 발라 접시에 담아내기까지 정성이 많이 들어가는 바람떡이었군요~
    숨죽이며 지켜보는 영상이었습니다

    코로나 때문에 집에만 있지만 있는 재료로 실습한번 해볼만 하네요 어서 손에 익혀서 엄마생신 올케생일 동생생일에 만들어 주고 싶어요 이 코로나 재앙이 물러가는날 떡잔치 할만하네요.

      @@mytmumim Hi~ The name of this '떡(tteok, rice cake)' is 개피떡(Gaepi-teok or Baram-tteok, red bean paste rice-cake). This Tteok is made with non-glutinous rice flour and filled with white adzuki bean paste. I wonder if it helped. If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask. thank you.

    쌀가루는 마른 가루인가요
    팥물 끓인물은 떻은맛이있어서 또 소화잘안되는 이들은 필히 버리고 새로 끓여야 위에 부담이 없어요
    잘배우고 갑니다^^~

    바람떡이라고 요즘은 그렇게들 불리우지만.
    원래는 기피떡이라고 알고 있어요.
    팥 껍질을 벗겨내서 알맹이로만쓰기때문에
    기피라고 하더라구요.

      Mochi is a little different from this cake for the main rice powder is elastic(glutinous), when this cake is made of nonglutinous rice. You'll see the defference in the taste. :)

    팥을 깨끗이씻어서 삶은 물을 버리지 마시고 드십시요 콩팥과 다이어트 군살빼기에특효가있고 소번이 시원하게 빠져서 붓기가 쏙 빠집니다

      팥을 삶은 첫 물은 사포닌이 많아 설사를 유발할 수 있습니다

      송편은 습식 맵쌀가루로 만들고
      바람떡은 습식 찹쌀가루로 만듭니다.

    쌀가루 5컵 (450g)이라고 되어있는데, 1컵을 재어보니 163g정도였어요. 그래서 물의 양을 계산해서 넣었고, 떡이 잘 나왔어요.

      네~ 절편으로도 만들 수 있어요
      물 온도는 떡을 만드는데는 상관없는데
      찬물로 해야 떡이 쫄깃해요
