13TH BICOL REGIONAL MILITARY PARADE 13

The 13th Bicol Regional Military Parade is a military parade held in Naga City, Camarines Sur, Philippines, as part of the annual Peñafrancia Festival. It is held on the second Friday of September, the day before the Translacion (transfer) of the image of Our Lady of Peñafrancia from the Peñafrancia Basilica Minore to the Naga Metropolitan Cathedral.
