in the 1st loop current was flowing from positive to negative but in second one it was from negative to positive ? why ?
According to the circuit it varies in the circuit you are saying the two positive terminals are connected so in one loop it will be positive and in the other negative

from K.C.L law we can say(from the first circuit) i3=i1+i2 here i3 is the current flowing through 3 ohm. Now why did you write (i1-i2) in the first loop and (i2-i1) in the second loop instead writing i3?

1st equation for the loop = (-2I1+3I2=-5)
2nd equation = (-10I2-7I1=10)

Kvl in loop 2 me jo battery hai +10volts rehna chahiye na bcoz higher potentila se lower potential ke taraf jaa rha haj and you yourself had written it there V=IR that doagram shown above it
I have a doubt, hope you are reading comments. In loop 2 of the second question, will it not be +7I3 (at 10:35 )? Do we always have to subtract regardless of how the voltage source in another loop is connected? By the way, it was an amazing trick, I am thankful to you for this!!
Nope since 7i3 is in 3rd loop and the equation which u have mention is of 2nd loop.
Hence the sign will be negative.

Because I tried getting that last example to get the three currents, and one of them is a negative .
Yes value of current can be negative
It indicate that the direction of current is opposite from your assumption.

Its always true if we use to take (-) ve sign when we have a resistance or potential drop?
And sign according to hight to low or low to high in battery
First- No, it's not always true if you take resistance or potential drop as (-)ve.
Resistance or potential drop sign is based on the direction of current.
If the current is flowing in the direction of the resistance ( along resistance) = (-) ve
If the current is flowing in the opposite direction of the resistance ( away resistance) = (+)ve

@zeus he took (-)ve resistance/potential drop because he is solving the question in the CLOCKWISE direction, if you look at the circuit, the direction of the current and resistance is the same.
