i would love to see a drum teacher react to my videos considering im self taught via paradiddle, not once have i practiced, watched a drum tutorial, played an exercise and not once have i needed to count to stay in time. i dont even know how to play any of the songs in my videos. yet some how retain all muscle memory and skill required to play them...just from paying the game. Good stuff! As someone who can afford a set but doesn't want to buy one because of the space, time, complications/complexity, and because it'll take away from my other hobbies, I love that I can just hop in to an environment that has no extra accommodations and learn some of the basics of drumming while also doing so in a more fun environment. It's no replacement, but neither is Asetto Corsa or Gran Turismo for racing but look how good the kids who use simulators are compared to the past.

Didn’t watch the vid yet, but about to. Maybe my question will be answered in the vid. But if not I want to ask, just in case, I understand music theory for the most part yet my weakness is rhythm. So my question is will this game help me develop rhythm? Also, I write my own music and would like to learn how to add drums to my music… so will this help? Or should I look elsewhere?
not in this game, you'd have a much better time learning rhythm with these other 2 videos, paraddiddle seems to be the type of game mainly aimed at drummers looking to freestyle and mess around in their own time. I tried paradiddle with meta quest 3 and it was totally unusable for drumming becouse of the latency. I haven't seen complains for latency , so is there something wrong with my headset or does everyone suffer from the latency but they just dont care?
@JukkaGee I made a new video in the works for the game called "Drums Rock" before that game I was also playing on the quest 3 on paradiddle and like you said that latency was super ass, so it's not your headset, it's def a game issue that needs to be updated
I wasn't in DCI (look it up if you haven't heard of it), but I was in percussion in a very good marching band long ago. I taught myself "paradiddles" years later, something the game is ironically named after. But my sense has been that this game is unable to simulate drum rolls and multiple bounces of a stick accurately. Can you please do a video showcasing druming rudiments?

I never managed to get someone who can play real drums to play vr version and now I can see it

the delay isnt the quest systems this is a common question i get all the time. its from not setting up the keyswitcher software properly.

How amazing is when you see a proffessional doing what they do best! amazing!
anyone figured out how to fix the delay on elgato pedal?
Nope
You dont need a 3090Ti, it runs awesome @90hz 150% resolution scale on my Quest 3 with an i9 9900k@5.1ghz and an Asus Strix 2080Ti oc card
If this is one of 3 games You would recommend, what are the other two?
how play the Kick? I need a pedal? or quest's sensors are able to watch leg/foot movements?
