- This video takes us on a tour of Cincinnati, starting at Glenway Avenue, then continuing on 8th Street to Freeman Avene, continuing on Mehring Way past the sports venues, then taking a tour through Downtown and Fountain Square.

Cincinnati is one of five places in this country that I don't want to visit. If I go there I'll want to live there.

I drove OTR for 5 years. My terminal was in Owensboro, Ky. I live in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. I was always up and down the I-71 corridor. And of all the towns that I went to. I always said Cincinnati was the most beautiful @ night. They lit that place up perfect.
Last time I was in Cincinnati was in 1997. I was passin thru on the way home to Chi-town. It was 3:45am. Only ppl out was the pissy ass drunks from the bars. But despite all that, cincinnati was pretty back then too. UB
LOve love love the music who is that ? ...Sounds like Pat Matheny. Put's me in the mind set of Cincinnati in the mid-to late 1980's. Again, that hateful virus gentrification has infected all/or most of the scenic parts depicted in the video. There is far less dwnt. now RIP Macy's.
@dvferyance Yes, it does give Cincy a new look, just compare what the city looked like without and with it and you'll see the difference.
Nice tour, Cincy is a fun city to explore, no doubt.

Thank you for that video, I moved out here to Las Vegas in May, 2011 and I'm homesick as f**k! Brings back A LOT of memories. . .good and bad. Nice music too!

@ajknee We run a few redlights and caution lights once in a while. Price Hill is a nice suburb, but it is prone to crimes. Think that's bad? See Over-the-rhine, it's north of Downtown. It has the highest rates of crime in the Cincinnati metro area.
@Bryant5493 Thanks, yes the lanes are greatly organized for sure, it's something that Cincy has decided to do. And it was NOT me who drove, it was my dad, so props to him.

Love the tour. I'm curious to count up the number of traffic violations you made during this drive though. Lol, I see I'm not the only one who completely misses those mid-block stoplights every time.
Lower Price hill is actually quite beautiful. I wish it were more connected to the rest of the city so that it could absorb some of the wealth.
I like the new Queen City Square building it sure gives Cincinnati a whole new look.
