Very low budget movie. You can always tell a low budget movie when they use black and white credits. They paid a lot of people with beer. For the car repair shop they "borrowed without asking" window signs from another business and put them back after the shoot was done.

Thanks! Road Warrior is one of the great action movies, period. And it set the bar for every dystopian movie that came after it.
