She surprised me with these awesome goodies for my 50th birthday and I just had to share with you. I'm so touched by her generosity and love! I also wanted to share how thankful I am to be in this place in my life and to have such an incredible TH-cam family. I'm sooooo very grateful for all of you and I don't ever want that to go unnoticed. I appreciate your love and support more than you'll ever know! It's pretty damn wonderful to be 50!

The slippers!!!!! I was just like, NO WAY!!!!!! The coolest. Everything is just so awesome. Lynn blew my mind with her kindness and generosity. Just unreal!! I never anticipated all the love and support I’ve received. And it just means everything to me.
I feel the same way as you. My 20s and 30s were spent devoting my time and energy to people who didn’t deserve either. If I could go back and remove myself from situations, I would in a heartbeat. But then again, all those things make me who I am. And also, makes me really appreciate the wonderful things I have now. You’re an AMAZING human and I hope you always know that. Happiest of birthday wishes to you, my dear sister! I’m so happy for you in the many ways that you have been (& continue to be) blessed by your family & friends, your TH-cam community, subscribers like Lynn, & so many others! I gotta’ say, these are some majorly cool items that Lynn sent! I’m digging that hoodie as well! 😎👍 I felt the same way when I turned 50, but then I think I’ve never been one to stress over age to start, as it really is just a representation of a number of years of LIFE LIVED that have passed, & that’s worth celebrating! 🥳 🎉I truly believe one’s mindset has more to do with one “feeling old” (even if in the midst of physical challenges or decline). My mom will be 87 tomorrow, & even though I know she definitely feels 87 in her body, I think she has a younger mindset that is also accompanied by a wisdom & maturity that comes from life experience. Aging can allow for the best of both worlds in that sense, I’m convinced, so why wouldn’t I want to embrace those aspects as they come? OK, enough waxing poetic on my part! 🤔💭I’m so very grateful to know the unique & special person that is you, Erica, & for the wonderful blessing you are to my life!
