How To Touch Up Paint On A Wall-Easy Tutorial

In this video, I show you and tell you how to touch up paint on a wall. If you have a scuff mark on the wall and want to touch it up, you will need a paint brush and some of the matching paint. It is actually really easy to cover up. If there is a dent on the wall, then you will have to use some drywall compound and sandpaper to make it flush, but then you can touch it up. If you have used drywall compound it will likely take a couple of extra coats on the touch up spot to match the color of the rest of the painted wall. Just a heads up! You can also use primer first on the touch up spot, but it is usually not necessary to do that.

Hi There thanks for the great video and i have a darker patch when i have painted my wall (framing) and i have painted over it and it is still remaining dark
do you know how i can solve this without repainting the whole wall as the other 3 walls are perfect
if i was to nearly dab and dry brush the paint on would that help and make it look lighter and its the same tin of paint and mixed thoroughly

Never swipe. Dab the paint in a small amount.
