I think even the biggest Logan Paul fan would admit that KSI has built something incredible on TH-cam. From making videos raging at FIFA in his bedroom to becoming a multi-millionaire in his 20s, casually turning into an undefeated boxer and a chart-topping music artist along the way. whatever KSI puts his mind to, he seems to achieve.
In this video, we are going to get to the bottom of his growth strategy on TH-cam. It can be easy to look at someone who has enjoyed so much success and just say he got lucky, but the truth is KSI has made some genius moves that every youtuber can learn from.
What KSI has done to branch into new content is much smarter than you first might think, this brings us on to the first factor behind KSI’s TH-cam success - Evolving (the smart way).
Keeping on the theme of evolving your content over time, let’s jump into factor number 2 which is the power of a second channel. KSI has put himself in a position where his fans connect to him for him, without being boring as I see too many youtubers making way too many “serious” videos in order to make an emotional connection with the audience but it just gets boring and people stop watching whereas KSI also has gradual moments where he makes fans realise he cares for them while still being the funny comedic guy he is

Yeah I agree, he keeps a ‘small audience’ feel while maintaining a massive following. A lot of the bigger youtubers feel like celebrities, where they’re fake and unreachable. Props to KSI for doing all he does to connect with his viewers

Yup, it was the sidemen drama that opened my eyes to uk content and then the first Logan Paul fight that made me an avid fan of uk TH-cam. Now sidemen and KSI are my favorites. (American)

5:53 KSI's main channel is gaining 100k subs a month not 30k. Still nowhere near his second channel though but that's coz he barely uploads on his main channel now.

I’m not a massive fan of ksi, but even I can’t deny that he’s a top 5 TH-camr of all time. Definitely the youtuber with the strongest understanding of how this platform works. Unlike so many people on this platform, this man is simply a born entertainer.

Exactly. JJ has built the best fanbase on Influencer platform ever. His fanbase stays so connected and close to him like they are not his followers but like his friends who he meets everyday, talks to everyday, makes content for eveyday and I think that's one of the main reasons for his success.
I hope KSI knows how much joy and inspiration he has brought into so many of our lives. One of the greatest to ever do it. Over 30 million subs combined and still underrated!

People will watch whatever he puts up cause they know no matter what the level of entertainment is still gonna be there. Thats the difference between him and a majority of other youtubers. Most youtubers rely on the content to get popular cause they themselves aren't that entertaining. KSI IS the content of his channel. I don't think it ever mattered what type of videos he made once he started getting some eyes.
