The NES port is a certified famiclone classic, and this arcade version has nice sound and graphics
It feels like the arcade version is more of an upgraded version
@@nishantshade668 Well, the Arcade version came out first. The NES/Famicom version is a port.
@@retrofan4963 ohh, it's strange. The arcade version seems more advanced than the NES one even though the NES came out later.
@@nishantshade668 Yeah, that's usually the case. Arcades have more powerful hardware and software than the NES. NES lmitations at the time prevented the ports to be perfectly as accurate as the original Arcade version of the games.
Upgraded version? What does the meaning?
I was born in Seattle in 1973, where I grew up. Japanese-American and male. Hearing the Easy music, takes me back to the arcade on Broadway, where I played this for the first time, when I was 11 years old!
After playing this game for 30 years, it never occurred to me that I can just go backwards on the trampolines once before pressing forward thru the jugglers.
I remember seeing that in a video but forgot I could do that. Imagine the agony multiplying after I relrearned that.
having only ever played the FC and MSX versions, I never thought the arcade version would look quite this pretty
A friend of mine showed me, on an arcade cabinet, how to play this game to perfection. He played each stage in turn until it wouldn’t allow him to play it anymore. That is to say, he played the first stage repeatedly until he was forced to choose another one, then went on to stage 2 until he couldn’t play it anymore, and so on, until he completely finished the game.
Fun fact. The high score names are all Japanese motorcycles.

Arcade version is much more beautiful than NES version, and the music is better.
Such a happy game, always one of my favorites.

stunning use of colors and excellent pixel art. this would have looked amazing on a fresh, new, original CRT display. this title is definitely historic
the music for the Tightrope and Ball games is pretty catchy

It goes without saying, you're GREAT! As a result, we never see you "lose a life." But, I have words for the song, when one loses a life (which I did all the time, even on Easy): "He just laid his head down, and he went to sleep!" "If I just lie my head down, I will fall asleep!"
A sadistic and hard game by Konami. And i finally got to see the rumored "secret stage" involving dolphins.
If only Konami would give the rights to Circus Charlie to a new publisher to make a redone HD version of that game. 🎈

They did not include the best music from MSX and NES version; level 1 music.
Only Trampoline stage is missing from the NES/Famicom version.
