Question yourself 1) what are you looking for? 2) what is missing in your life that you wanted and 3) what excites you in your life? If you try to answer these questions and discover yourself and start fresh. In my experience I have seen the people in similar situations as yours and they try to overcome by changing each aspect of their life (living place, current job, people around it) and it works well. If I talk mathematically stochasticity/exploration works mostly better than exploitation if there are many variables involved, Similarly Life has many variables like job, living place, people around us, etc... Try to change as much as possible and life gets start interesting.

Good health. The problem here is that there is no problem. You dont know why you are sad. Life is numb. You hit me, i wait for pain to reduce instead of retaliation. All wordly reqctions seem so new and better. Comparision seems the only way though it is useless. The problem has been persisting since a decde. I just am ruining my health like nything. I just cant think anymore. Feels exhausting. Almost like dead.
