can anyone please explain what RGV means when he says, success should be looked at the low angle and the failure should be looked at the top angle..
I think what he meant with that is this:
1. Success at low angle - meaning to analyze closely from a 1st person point of view - what happened so that it was successful, so that you can use similar things to be successful again.
2. Failure from top angle - I think it meant to see the failure from a 3rd person point of view, so that you won't be biased at it. As an analogy for example - lets say I've failed at an exam - if I look at it from my point of view, my emotion will be mixed in it and I may not view exactly what to be done to be successful at it later on... but if I put myself as my friend and view at my failure, there will not be emotion mixed at all, so that the output will be non-biased completely.
