In watching the video and subsequently looking at the knife since the review, the blades are experiencing blade rap. I wanted to point that out as I feel like it was occurring in real time during the review. The photos don't reveal an issue because they were taken before the video portion occurred.
I purchased the same knife and mine has the same problem. One very proud pin on the scale. I'm not exactly sure how to fix it. It's bad enough that it will catch your finger. I'll have to do some checking around and see how to fix that . Great videos I always watch on lunch break at work.
Thrifty bottom line is this buddy if you put a nice edge on them blades it will be a fine pocket knife and serve the everyday guy that’s not a knife snob!!!!! I think the value is there for a 20 bill!!!!! Thanks buddy be well 😊
Yeah i thought i spotted a minor blade wrap, nothing major though. Construction seems good and indeed the next gen Staglon is very attractive. Thank you for the review John.
Hey thrifty, love the videos. Wondering if you’ve heard of a Knife company in England Called Twisted Assisted? They have a great “Traditional” slip joint. It’s become my edc, it’s a great Knife could see if they could send ya a model to review. Keep it up! 👍🏽
I have heard of them, yes. They are in the UK so I've not bought their knives, though I have some of the knives made by the same OEM in Brother. Thanks Dude.

The single reason I say that the 90 degree raise at the heel is one of labor mfg cost to simply knock it down.
