I think I'm going to structure my own improvement based on how you've documented it on here. Thanks for the videos!
Absolutely loving golf content! Just started like 4 months ago never played before went my first 18 holes and par 72 and got 117 which I didn't think was that bad to say I was nervous as hell for the first 6 holes lol after that I started bogeying lol and even 2 pars one on the hardest hole a par 5 lol watching this makes me wanna play more and hopefully be as good as you! Or even play along side you taken notes

There’s a 9 hole course in poynton called adlington golf club, it’s stunning, you should give that a go mate, there’s also foot golf there aswell, 2 good videos for this channel they would be!!

Either you’re a phenom or you’ve drastically underplayed your golf experience. Either way I’m along for the ride. 1-2 years playing already at a 16hc (before your tiger vid) is insane. I’ve played with dozens and dozens of golfers with 1-20+ years experience and have only seen a couple break 85.
😅 I wouldn’t call myself a phenom but the experience level is right One of my mates has been playing the same amount as me and isn’t far off (he regularly breaks 90) with nowhere near as many lessons as I’ve had, so I always just assumed I was on a normal trajectory 🤷🏻♂️
Ey up mate, just been on holiday and would highly recommend two golf books to read. Both by Dr Bob Rotella, Golf is not a game of perfect and putting out of your mind. They are class, love the content keep it up!

Andy, just wondering if you prefer walking or a cart? I’m from the states and it’s relatively uncommon for people to walk the courses if they’re not playing tournament golf. Also where im from in WV it’s impossible to golf without going on a hike through the hills/mountains (whatever you wanna call them) and my performance always gets worse as the round goes on.

Andy I'm new to golf but I play so much better from sand or rough. Just go to your local playing field or beach. The grass is never cut it's rough all around. Doing this has made me a beast from rough. But I'm crap at fairways 🤣🤣🤣

You're doing great, mate! One rule of thumb that got me to single digits is; if you can putt, do it! It will save you two shots per round.

I played this formby par 3 as my 3rd round of golf and first ever society day. Chunked first 2 shots then got 5 pars in 18 (Round twice).

Walking is so much better imo
Makes it a good workout too and you get to see the course properly when you’re not just racing down cart paths
