Just came back from Hilton Resorts World. I pretty much agree with your review. Unfortunetay we did not enjoy the poll as it was windy and a little chilly. I enjoyed the bed, pillows, shampoo, conditioner, shower. We ate at their Junior's restaurant and i reccomend it. We just had a burger which comes with friens and two large onion rings which were tasty and decenty priced. We were comped two nights and were not charged a resorts fee. We used their valet parking for $35per day and felt it was worth it as we did nothave to deal with parking in their large self parking and drag our luggage. My only complaint was their casino service. We played two days and did not have a cocktail waitress either day. I asked for one to be sent and she never came. I could see them around the casino floor but we never had one come to us. Would stay there again especially on comped rooms.

Multiple times playing there got slow or no service - apparently they were busy serving the table games customers - perhaps they tip better that slot players? Anyway glad you had a good time at RW :)

How did you get a free room upgrade? Did you just ask at the front desk or did you do the $20 trick?
I just asked. I find that being friendly goes a long way, small talk and be nice :) I have only given $20 as a tip after I got the upgrades.
