Quick tip u don’t have to fight the ants if u get near them they will jump out and hide and you’ll be able to jump in (hope this helped)

I said no to the star guy cuz I wasn’t sure how many coins I had and now he’s gone. I went back to the start and he didn’t reappear. Do I have to beat the whole thing first?

I think it doesn't matter what order you hit the golden heads, it's totally random. I came back to this room after getting the key in mostro town and I tried several times with the same combination until I got the room I wanted

All 4 chests when entering the temple don't show up and tried using signal ring but it didn't say anything 😭
Edit: they show up after you've done the 3 heads and go into the pipe
