I made everything and it was so delicious! They were a bit too spicy for my 96 year old Mom. I think it was the Louisiana Chicken Fry Mix. But it was the perfect spicy for me and my husband. The chicken came out so juicy too. Thanks for reintroducing me to Rice-A-Roni. It was super good. And the way you mix the peas and corn too! You are are blessing Gina Young. I saw this video when it was first aired and made the following day. I followed your instructions to the tee, with the exception of the Zatarin's chicken mix. I could not find, so I used another chicken fry mix. The chicken came out beautifully and I don't miss frying on top of the stove. I made the sides as well. Oooooh wee! It was delicious! Thank you Gina, you are an amazing cook.
