Seafood Palabok

Pancit Palabok is a favourite and tasty Filipino rice noodle dish that is topped with shrimp sauce, smoked fish flakes, pork cracklings, and eggs.
Ingredients

Palabok Noodles 500 g
Prawns (Whole/Minced) 400 g
Butter 2 tbsp
Squid (Sliced/Minced) 400 g
Annatto Powder 10 g
Garlic (Chopped) 6 cloves
Onion (Chopped) 1 small size
Salt to taste
Crushed Peppercorns to taste
Fish Sauce 40 ml
Corn Flour 3 tbsp
Pork Crackling (Crushed) 30 g
Spring Onion (Sliced) 3 stalk
Fried Garlic 2 tbsp
