Just one word. Excellent. If prior scientist or expert were alive they will be forsure proud of you. I am from civil engineering and read this concept all over where but like this manner i was not able to clear. Just so pin point. A big big thanks to you sir.
Literally sir, 1st time I watched your video and i am now very very very impressed and satisfied with your method of teaching and explanation. Thank you so much...
I have never ever seen such a wonderful explanation of very tough concept. You are great and you have very high quality teaching skill.👌👌 Hope we will work together in future.
Amazed by the kind of explanation, I was trying to understand this topic for so long but couldn't as other videos were confusing and not fully explanator, A big thumbs up to you 👍
I know I have already commented, but your style of teaching is excellent. Revising each concept after the introduction of a new one is a very, very critical way to imbibe full understanding of the concept. I never thought I was good at SoM, but you've cleared concepts like no one has ever been able to, thank you
An excellent video, thank you. I just have one query. When you show the 15N example as the shearing force running length ways, you say that the complimentary shear is also 15N. I do not think this is the case. The shear flow is given by q = SAY/I. So the value of the shear flow at a distance "x" from the free edge would be q = S(xt)Y/I. But if you integrate underneath that it would be the area of a triangle, (1/2)(q)(x). So I think in this case the complimentary shear would be 7.5N. Also, consider that it is not truly complimentary in that there is a free edge along the length. What do you think? Thank you
Excellent boss👍👍 plzz make our concepts more clear by uploading on free platform who can't afford the lectures from websites. It's a humble request to u sit
Hats off to your dedication. You can even make a backbencher understand this concept. Keep it up! And keep making videos on difficult topics. I have a request if you can make some videos on aerospace concepts too involving strength of materials, FEM
if we did analysis for a simply supported beam then direction of shear flow in the web would not match the direction of shear stress in any stress element on the vertical plane
Nicely explained about the sear flow, sir. But what is the shear centre?? I clicked the video based on the title 'Concept of shear centre'. Please be precise on the title at the least.

Sir Plz bring the lectures everyday everyone is eager for watching . Thank you sir ❤
Was wondering about this concept, from where those shear flow lines came, i could not find the explaination anywhere, finally its clear now.
I thought this video was very slow and lengthy, but after i watched it completely its totally worth it💯.
Completely understood the concept Thanks what a explanation ! Mind Blowing
This is definitely the best video on this topic!!!

21:01 the force should act parallel and opposite to keep the body in equilibrium? But why it should be perpendicular?

Is shear center full concept is finished or some is left?
I think only shear flow stresses are explained not shear center completely.
Love from civil❤️
Excellent
Sir did you provide class for mathmatics only ?that is subject wise class
Sir, how F will act towards larger value F1... For equilibrium it should act towards F2 which is smaller🤔!!
From where this man came ??? Even IIT's GATE paper setters may not know the real sense of concepts......

Sir when will the additive manufacturing lectures be uploaded in the new syllabus additions video course?
