@@Ronnoc1235 it's left kind of ambiguous. On one hand he got information from 24 he shouldnt know otherwise. On the other hand he was wrong about Mr Wendal.
I remember a scene when 21 was showing monarch about his dad and 24s voice said was I any different when you trained me

This is one of my favorite scenes in the entire series. If heroes & villains actually existed I'd imagine it would be exactly the way Venture Bros depicts it
This scene right here is what pushed me over the edge from really liking the show to this being one of my all-time favorite shows.

Why did the Monarch order them to destroy the Cocoon? He assumed he would never escape prison? It almost smells like the writer's had another idea of where to go with him, and then changed their minds.
"Nah, screw it, just give him another Cocoon."
I just realized that 21 starts the honking animation with his left hand, but one second after he's honking with his right hand.
This whole scene is so perfect!
I hope 21 got himself a real secret closet with security codes and all, now that he's officially Monarch's #2 and top henchman.

It’s crazy they offhandedly mention most of the monarch crew working for Monstroso then years later after 24s death a former monarch henchman sees him with Gary and talks to 24. Love how the show maintains its cannon so well

I just now noticed that 21 is wearing both of his gloves, but also has a third set of gloves in his teeth that vanishes when he gets in the car.
Just now noticing that 21 has both gloves on, but has a 3rd glove hanging out of his mouth as he walks to the car. Also, 24's wings are missing when he pulls up, then suddenly appear when 21 gets in the car.
21's wings are also missing when he is "fully suited up" in his room, then appear when he walks outside, but he was still getting dressed, so that's not necessarily an error.
the wing allow for flight, so they are functional enought to move with the user
