Words cannot decide how awesome this Wingnut figure is. And in my opinion, wave nine is the best wave. This is a absolute must have. Way better then the neca cartoon Wingnut
I still personally prefer the toon version more (just 'cause I'm all about show accuracy), but objectively speaking, this is definitely the superior version. With Ninja Turtles being the last toy line I was into as a kid, my nostalgia for those Playmates looks don't outweigh the cartoon looks, but man....I'm just godsmacked with how damn cool this thing looks.
I just found the reissue at Walmart! I had him as a kid but I also had muckman, and Muckman was my absolute favorite. The only drawback for Wingnut is that screw loose didn't have a saddle or bucket to sit in like joeEyeball.
Wingnut is my favorite TMNT villain next to Slash, but I never saw him in the cartoon when I was a kid. I had the Archie comic that featured him, so I really love that particularly look the most. So I'm very much doubting if I should by this (because it looks awsome, and I already have super7 Slash) or wait for Neca to do Archie Wingnut.
Objust got thos guy today. I only got him because he was on sale on Amazon. So I decided to buy him, and man oh man is this guy my favorite Super7 figure out of all the lines they have. And i have have many of them.
I stopped collecting this line after like eight figures, but I think I'm gonna have to pick this one up. Wingnut was one of my top five favourites, and boy did they shockingly knock this outta the park.
6:28 He's a Man-Bat dressed as Batman. Now that that obvious idea just hit me, just waiting to see how long it takes for Todd to make a Man-Bat dressed up as Batman...and the proceeding four variants. You can keep the "Jokerized" version though.
Hopefully they paid more attention to details than they did on Sewer Samurai Leo. That was a travesty of a figure. They royally screwed every major detail of that figure from the wrist and shin guards, to the head sculpt. I can't wait to compare this to the original.
Excited for this figure! Looks great. My only personal complaint thus far is that the brown for his face hands and feet is a bit too dark compared tot he lighter brown of the original figure. Otherwise, this looks top notch!!
My mom bought this guy for me on my birthday back in the 90s. I didn’t appreciate it much because he looked goofy to me & wasn’t a ninja. I didn’t realize he was a parody of Batman at the time. Him & muckman were always my last choice when playing with peers. Now I want him since the QC seems better. Still hate the tin foil silver paint they use

Wingnut is in Batman's colors and Screwloose is in Robin's colors.

The hips on Beebop/Rocksteady scared me off of this line in general. Shame because aesthetically they're great.

Lol Screwloose in Robin's colors is a fantastic touch.
Thanks for the review!
Muckman is also exceptional..

How did you get skeletor to sit down?
No clue about this figure but he definitely was based off batman.
That seam across his nose looks terrible.
