Here's a Trypticon fact l know for some reason: In Gen 1, he was voiced by Brad Garret, the guy who played Rays brother Robert in Everybody loves Raymond.
Instead of Unicron Trypticon should've been the main threat in Bayformers 5, this way Michael Bay could've done his own Godzilla-thing, with lots of explosions, legitimately
Well Trypticon is one of the most powerful and biggest Deepticons that has ever existed, however Scorponok is even more gigantic and mighty since he is the leader of the Decepticons in TF Headmasters
The toy? Maybe, however in both the comics and the cartoons Scorponok is barely bigger than the average cybertronian, with the exception of TF Earthrise, in which he is as big as a combiner, Trypticon is a titan, making him thousands, if not millions of times bigger then Scorponok.
@@DPXEntertainment Basically every single original character profile, by now, is non-canon. You have to count as canon only comics, cartoons/movies and videogames.
I remember seeing this behemoth of a walking, blinking toy in a store in Belgium on vacation. When i got home to the Netherlands and told my friends nobody believed me :(
Curious that the figure of a reptile is depicted as the must destructive and primitive force even in the transformers universe, if analyzed it makes a lot of sense 🤔🤔
I'm amazed he missed why people love Trypticon so much.. He's a dinosaur. He has 3 modes, and was modeled after the t-rex. same reason people love Grimlock. personally I despised each of his defeats. I felt the same with Unicron.
That'd be pretty epic though I'd be more interested in seeing Godzilla tearing through the rest of The Transformers. I remember back in third grade, that my teacher was like Optimus Prime would beat Godzilla. But how? Like I guess era of Goji is very important here, but the only incarnation I can even see them having a chance against is the original '54 Goji. Any other and his atomic breath would probably one shot any cybertronian, maybe Megatron could manage to barely survive one blast of say Showa, Heisei, Legendary, and Millenium era's casual blasts, but Final Goji from Final Wars has a fully charged atomic breath that is planet busting, Legendary can apparently cut through Earth with his when used long enough, and the spiral breath from Heisei era is always shown to be way more powerful than his standard blue. Most cybertronians would probably be horribly crushed by any incarnations stomps, and any Godzilla larger than Heisei's 80 meter Godzilla and I doubt either Optimus or Megatron could tank anymore than 1 stomp. But who knows maybe they're more durable than we expect because they're definitely stronger than most people give them credit for. Like, Megatron's fusion cannon is quite potent.
While I am a huge Godzilla and Decepticon fan, I am not a fan of Trypticon. He gets defeated way too easily way too often, and he rarely lives up to the hype of being a city sized giant dinosaur robot. It doesn't help that out of all the titans, he is probably the weakest of the bunch. When I see trypticon these days, I am automatically expecting a disappointment.
In my school vr game Trypticon was a decepticon titan he was in a mission called after calamity where he was the nemesis 2.0 after the og nemesis was destroyed by rottanator In the mission political party he was damaged by a dainsleft blast and in the mission called the Spector of wrath Trypticon was killed by shade who was supercharged by the matrix of leadership and destroyed Trypticon spark but before he goes his parts where used in project Prometheus in the second half of the story
in the constriction of Metroplex.. Astrotrain and Reflector spied on Tripatcon... to enhance Metroplex... two Decepticons.. spied on on their own titan.. to help Autobots make their own titan strong enough to beat him? how dose that make sense?
Yeah Triptycon it’s probably one of my favorite Deceptacon villains basically the similarities to Godzilla like the tyrannosaurus rex like a design makes it more similar to me I really do love the idea of Godzilla if he wasn’t different kinds of old TV shows like Power Rangers and it could be a great match two giant crosses monsters fight basically I have an idea my Ultraman fight Triptycon because it could be a great match for Ultraman to fight
Yes so maybe Triptykon was based on of Godzilla because they’re all charcoal like black and are similar these two dinosaurs like T-Rexes they destroy cities and fight different kinds of beans
Always hated playing with transformers n Legos because I always wasted all Christmas morning transforming them and putting them together instead of opening my toys and play
I had Optimus Prime. Trailer and everything that transformed in 89. It was a big deal. The kid that climbed in the window on Clarissa explains it all was my playmate before he was famous. That little fuck stole my shit and moved away. 33 years later I'm still salty about it
Alright, third-party people. Where's the upgrade kit for Titan Class Trypticon to give him his Zone armor? Same goes for Overlord, Predaking, Devastator, and Black Zarak. Menasor too once all the Legacy Stunticons are out.
Unicron: Hey bro Primus: What is it? Unicron: You watched this video about Tripticon Primus: Yes... and? Unicron: Please, hold my beer. Primus: Wh- Hey WAIT!
This video was VERY well done. I grew up on G1 Transformers, so to me Trypticon has always sucked. By the time this character made it to the cartoon, it was clear that they were running out of ideas for character alt modes. The comic book made him cooler/more dangerous, but in my mind he remains a big, sorry dinosaur.
Never a "fan fav" Most fans at the time (Children) LoL He came out when Transformers started to go downhill. The toys looked less real and wern't actual things IN the world that stirred our imaginations to begin with. When you saw real cars trucks and airplanes in the real world...THAT is what made Transformers money.
You make no sense. Why would Astrotrain and Reflector help an autobot Metroplex and rival to defeat the Decepticons counter measure in Trypticon? Would make sense if any of those involved was an Autobot, but it's just Metroplex the rest is diehard Decepticons. Makes your credibility come into question and everything else you mention in the video comes up as misinformation
Also Trypticon: "I expect nothing less than dedicated employees who will always do their best."
You forgot when star scream reincarnated into triptycon during Transformers return of the titans done by Hasbro.
I remember growing up that only the rich kids had his toy version
I wasn't rich and I had a Trypticon
no room for the poor
Yup or that was the only toy they got for Xmas or birthday
@@joseaustin2692 yeah that's true as well lol

Holy Shit. I never knew that. I did know he portrayed Lobo in several DCAU cartoons.
He played Kilowog and Lobo in the Justice League cartoon on CN
True. Justice League and Justice League Unlimited is my shit. @@PinkyJujubean

@@brotquel1592The toy presents him as a Titan. But the comics changed his intended character size, which is ignoring his presentation.

Long before Legendary had the idea of Kong Vs Godzilla...... There were the true Titans Metroplex and Trypticon lodged in an eternal vendetta.
And long before that, there was a King Kong vs Godzilla movie made back in 1962.
Fortress Maximuss was my favourite Titan transformer. He was just to sikk but we never saw him much in the G1 series.
I remember seeing this behemoth of a walking, blinking toy in a store in Belgium on vacation. When i got home to the Netherlands and told my friends nobody believed me :(
Triptycon's basically a take on 'MechaGodzilla' from the "Godzilla" movies of the 1970s ...
But 4x bigger and 100x stronger. Lol
Was 12 years old in '84, loved the original g1 series never got him too expensive at the time and still is
One of my favorite Titans!
Megatron did him so dirty in the vid game

yeah basically Trypticon the Decepticon kaiju version of Godzilla/Mechagodzilla
No wonder he's still my favorite G1 titan, I still have my original G1 toy, a Platinum Edition release as they call it.
DINOBOTS' GREATEST THREAT! 😈🐊💀😱
Hasbro, you greenlit Godzilla fighting the Power Rangers. For the love of Primus, we _need_ him to fight Trypticon!

You said "entail" when Trypticon swung his tail.
