He commanded the audience in a way I have never seen before or since, and I have been to a lot of concerts in my 64 years. He knew he was sick at this time, and you can even see the first marks of hell under his arm. He KNEW this was to be his most epic performance. But it was far more than epic, it was history. A moment in time that will never be forgotten. His voice, his songwriting, his demand for excellence, his power onstage made him the well-earned LEGEND he was and always shall be. Can't wait to see him in Rock and Roll heaven, to see the one I missed. Thank you, Freddie and Queen, for the time of our lives.

It was not another gig. It was literally last minute to do it because Freddie held out due to dealing with him being sick. He finally did it for his fans.

I don’t know why and I don’t know how but this band has forever changed me. I love them with all of my heart and I am so glad they were able to bless us with their presence. Freddie will forever be my idol. He taught me to love myself and I will forever love him for that. Love to Freddie, to Rog and Deak and Brian....and of course Adam Lambert who had enormous boots to fill and did so in such a unique way in the O2 arena in June 2022. I don’t know why and I don’t know how but this band has forever changed me. I love them with all of my heart and I am so glad they were able to bless us with their presence. Freddie will forever be my idol. He taught me to love myself and I will forever love him for that. He was incredibly kind and generous with his friends and fans and I hope that many people learn can learn from him like I have. I love him and I love the band. Long live Queen❤️

I was 7 years old. Even back then at that young age, I knew this performance was monumental!! I will never forget it. Love to Freddie, to Rog and Deak and Brian....and of course Adam Lambert who had enormous boots to fill and did so in such a unique way in the O2 arena in June 2022. I will always love this! edit: SEALs performance of Who wants to live forever at Freddie's tribute concert. If you haven't watched it, please do. It will shake you to the core and make you love this song, and both performances equally at the same time.

@@JakTheLombax once in a great while they would play this entire set at Hard Rock Cafe during the 10 years I worked there. Usually mid afternoon on a Tuesday but you never know. It was rare nonetheless. Only the Elvis Presley 1968 TV special had similar plays. Rare but required every once in a while it seems like. The iconic playlist perhaps 😊
